It is well kept as a rule, but....
There are many things that are nice here, as far as a mobile home park can be but its not gated here and its impossible to keep the tweekers and the homeless out. There is a lot more theft and noise and issues here now than when I moved in 10 years ago. The management does their best but it still happens. Better than the other mobile home parks in Vallejo, but that is not a big statement. On a lighter note, the grounds are kept nice and there is a pool. Security patrols every few hours and during the daylight its pleasant to take walks. On a downside, there is no parking for guests whatsoever, only one laundry room, and lots of children running around everywhere. But, it's a place to call home.
