Property Ratings at Olympic Village Apartments
Proof that these apartments are bad, I wrote a review about how terrible these apartments were and I come back and see that its been removed. Places like these malicious and manipulative and i suggest you stay far away from these apartments. I've dealt with wear and tear of broken appliances, heat not working in the winter, loud and ghetto neighbors, having my car towed for no reason RIGHT after getting a parking sticker for my apartment, management changing every year, and last but not least BED BUGS. If you want to take a risk here be my guest but I would NEVER step foot in these apartments again.
Moved in and everything SEEMED ok at first. But after a month i started to notice issues. It was an ok unit but I did see some weird bugs at first and told management. they stated that they did have a bed bug problem before and that they have people come and spray every few months. Was a little disturbed by that, but they said it was taken care of. There were a few structural issues, and maintenance assistance was extremely poor. Also I have a small child and the door to the building was completely unsafe. The hallways were extremely dirty and unsanitary and smelled really bad. I’ve complained about noises for several months along with other issues and no one came. I’m happy I’m out of there. This property IS NOT worth the rent rate. AT ALL. Would not recommend.

This is the perfect building if you want fun, food and shopping. Swimming pool and a playground for the kids. Located right next door is the movies, restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Also, has a bus stop on the corner and train station down the street. Perfect area for you and your family to live, love and laugh together.
