Being the largest city on the Kitsap Peninsula, Bremerton attracts people of all ages for work, school, location, and way of life. You will find all kinds of apartments, ranging from simple studios and efficiencies (some of them located in private houses) to high-security gated communities. If you love art, culture, good food, excellent shopping, and being in the middle of all of the action, then Downtown Bremerton is ideal.
Be sure to attend the Art Walk, held the first Friday of every month. This downtown event highlights the city's many art galleries. The Kitsap Wine Festival is another Bremerton attraction, held every August. This festival features local food and wine. If you prefer museums, the Kitsap Historical Society and Museum explores the history of the area.
Fountain Park is one of the region's most strikingly beautiful public spaces. It is located near the Kitsap Conference Center and along the waterfront for gorgeous views.

Property Ratings at Olympic Village
If you like gunfights in the parking lot, cars driving through the property with their stereos blasting at all hours of the night, ant infestation that they would not address, drafty windows and doors, blinds that snap right off, and a 100% inept administration office then this is the place for you! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I will give 5 stars to their maintenance department though (who have nothing to do with the above issues). The always answered our tickets in a very timely manner and were always polite and courteous and fixed our issues.
The office people are so rude they don’t know how to treat people with respect and be polite. I was visiting the place needed to use the bathroom really bad and they denied me the access and threat me to call the police wtf!!! Do not rent this place my friends had complained about the management stuff being so rude to them as well, I am glad my friends are moving out there. I would not spend any money at this place not worth it, choose a different place!!!!!!!!
To sum it up, expensive apartments not worth the price and less than friendly staff and even worse property manager. Parking is not sufficient. And their solution to that is to tow residents. Property manager will even brag about towing residents. Pool is so full of chlorine you will leave itchy. Apartments have mold issues. They will threaten to evict you for just about anything and charge you fees for just about anything. Save yourself money and rent at any other apartment in Bremerton.

Today the complex manager/Team had a game day for the kids. Kelly and her team did an excellent job as always. Once again great job and a Great Team

This complex is not as appealing as all its amenities may seem. The staff is very unprofessional and always ‘training’, which leads to the problems to be the tenant’s fault rather than its staff’s unknowledgeable experience. Manager is rude, inconsiderate, inconsistent, and negligent to her own mistakes. Maintenance isn’t great, either. Yes, they will come to your unit when time permits them to do so (anywhere from 1-5 days from request), which may lead to them coming back a handful more times since the first fix was not truly ‘fixed’. Animal droppings are EVERYWHERE. Nothing like walking out to your car to a few droppings every day.
Inconsistency stemmed from what was relayed from the day-to-day staff vs property manager; i.e. misled information, 'it was in your lease', changes are subjectively made and are then applied from what was signed within the lease. Upon moving in, inspection was done by these day-to-day staff, and upon moving out, the property manager found numerous discrepancies and proceeded to encourage the idea of utilizing the deposit to maintain the fixes and cleanliness 'by the hour'. Property management comes off as rude, unprofessional, and is very dismissive when there seems to be a problem on behalf of its staff and other members. Over-priced considering the amount of noise that is heard between neighbors, the amount of pet droppings found throughout what's left for grass, and the lack of contact with staff when there are problems between your apartment, tenancy issues, and parking especially.
This Place is joke! It used to be nice, then the staff changed and everything has gone really down hill. The basketball court is closed because it's falling apart from above and their indoor pool is constantly closed. It had never been this bad I can't even get a work order done is sufficient time. I mean come on guy's it would take 5mins and you can't even handle that? I will never live here again.
My wife and I recently moved to Olympic Village Apartments and we wanted to express my appreciation to the staff. We have only had terrific customer service since we moved in. Specifically; Shanell, Carly and Kim have gone above and beyond to make us comfortable and our move in experience seamless. They are always happy and helpful with any aspect of the apartment life. Kudos to them and everyone there.

Not sure why Bremerton gets such a bad name. This apartment complex, to me, represents how nice Bremerton can be. The staff has been nothing but friendly, even before we signed the lease and moved in. There are two pools, one indoor, one outdoor; as well as a racquetball and basketball court. The fitness center and suntanning bed looked nice but we never used them. There are trash compactors at the front and back of the complex, and can be a bit of a trek to get to, depending on where you are in the complex. The mailboxes are near the middle, so that was nice. We love the apartment we're renting! We rented a 2 bed, 1 bath and it was super spacious and came with a washer and dryer INCLUDED in the monthly rent. Also, all of the neighbors were great people, and were all courteous. A few things I didn't care for were: The speed bumps. They are short and high, and do a number on the cars that drive through here. Also, if you have a vehicle (I only rented a car once in a while and mostly used public transit) the parking can be hard to find late at night. Weekends were a mixed bag depending on the season. Also, no reviews mentioned this, but this complex does not offer air conditioning. I'm not from WA and didn't realize this was a thing until it was way too hot, and way too late. A larger downside was that the cost of sewage was averaged across all of the apartments. So no matter how much or little you use, you're still paying for the complex. Last, the lease was around 50 pages long (Both electronic & paper). Take your time, read the fine print, and you should be fine no matter where you choose to move. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

Thank you for your review and comments - Both are greatly appreciated.. Our entire Staff is dedicated to making Olympic Village a great place to live!!
Living at Olympic Apartments is like living in a well maintained park. The landscaping is immaculately kept, and! the apartments are updated, clean, and comfortable. The utilities are low, and maintenance responds very quickly to any issues. I love it here, in the quiet, peaceful Olympic Village, close to the best Seattle has to offer and near the best of Silverdale and Bremerton.
