Property Ratings at Olympus Apartments
Overall amazing experience for the price. My neighbors were all friendly and didn't have any problems during a 2 year stay. Greg, the site's maintenance person was always responsive and in general, extremely friendly. Being close to all the produce/grocery stores was also convenient. No issues with appliances/utilities/amenities during my stay.
I have been living in this apartment community since 2015. And as we are now under new ownership i must say this.. They most definitely make the residents a priority.. Always communicating with us on a daily basis when it comes to our apartment concerns. And i have experienced that the property manger will go extra measures to take care of us residents.. It's so nice to finally nice to have a management and maintenance team that cares. A great apartment community is what we all strive to have. Most of us have been here for years and have been through a lot with past management. In such a short time of our new management team our community has had a positive turn around. we the residents are looking forward to making our apartment community the best one around.. So nice to have an understanding and caring staff that will work with their residents..
Good luck getting ahold of ANYONE in the office. Ever. And the voice mailbox is always full so you can’t leave a message. I’ve called 20+ times today and just like always.... NO ANSWER! We were charged extra fees that for something we had nothing to do with. Corporate wasn’t even aware of why we were charged. Otherwise the apartment is decent. Our neighbor smokes weed and it comes through our vents which is awful (especially when you have other heath issues). The appliances were brand new with stickers still on them when we moved in but the dishwasher leaked the first time we used it and soaked the floor. Maintainance is pretty good, Elon came out the next morning and fixed it but he serves numerous apartment complexes in the area and can be hard to get him in the apartment sometimes. Phone call wise he’s great at answering the phone. We have a newer renovated apartment which is nice! I’ve seen the older ones and they are not impressive but they also pay less in rent. If you move here you will most likely get a renovated apartment. Our energy bill runs about $120-200 Depending on the time of year which includes gas for heating as well.
If you like quiet this is where you should stay. I have lived her for 2 years and I have enjoyed it. Its very peaceful the neighborhood/ neighbors are all friendly. Very clean and they are doing upgrades to the property. Would recommend someone living here!
