The wonderful state of Texas is home to many charming cities, chief among them being the ever-expanding Keller. Located northeast of Fort Worth, Keller is characterized as a cool (and by cool, we mean H-O-T!) area with friendly locals, awesome food, and sweet apartments.
As we said, Keller is in constant development with renovations taking place and the setup of new shops and eateries. Old Town Keller is where you’ll find a lot of these exemplary places – plus it’s all in walking distance of one another!
We have no doubt that you’ll be able to find your dream Keller apartment. The city has over 26 miles of hiking and biking trails, so if you’re the outdoorsy type, this city is for you. North East Mall serves Keller and its surrounding area with upscale accommodations, including designer stores and a movie theater.

Property Ratings at Olympus Town Center
Don’t be misled by the positive reviews from the past—they’re no longer accurate. I’ve been living here for 3 years, and the place has gone downhill significantly since I first moved in. My recent move-out experience was a nightmare. 1. They’ll charge you for damage their own maintenance crew caused. My AC broke, and they sent out an incompetent contractor who left blue paint stains on the bathtub because they didn’t bother using protective coverings. I immediately notified the leasing office, and the clerk acknowledged it, saying she’d note it in my file so I wouldn’t be charged. Well, guess what? They tried to hit me with a $150 charge for that exact damage. 2. Faulty equipment becomes your problem. My kitchen sink leaked, causing water damage to the cabinet. Despite this being an issue with their equipment, they tried to charge me $50 for the damage. 3. Maintenance is painfully slow now. It used to be relatively quick, but lately, I’ve had to wait over a week for even basic repairs. They used to blame delays on COVID, but now that excuse doesn’t hold water. I believe their maintenance team is just severely understaffed. 4. They’ll nickel and dime you for every little thing. For example, they wanted to charge $50 for a simple countertop wipe. They’ll find every tiny imperfection to squeeze every last cent out of you. 5. Double billing is a thing here. After I moved out, they tried to charge me for utilities from July, even though I had already paid the bill on August 1st. 6. Huge rent hikes with no justification. They tried to raise the rent by hundreds of dollars—far above any reasonable inflation rate. This entire experience has shown me just how shady and greedy this management is. My emails to resolve these issues have been completely ignored. Consider this your warning.
The staff at Olympus Keller Town Center have stepped it up. You can’t go wrong by moving here. We looked at numerous apartments within the Keller area, and this by far was the best. The complex is well kept and maintained. The response to our needs was met in a timely manner. Although this is a new management team at the complex, it’s evident that their knowledge is Outstanding. The staff Nicole, Amy and Cameron are very helpful and caring. They responded to all requests and needs in a timely manner. These apartments are the nicest in the area. If you need a safe environment with all the amenities, this is the place for you and your family. Stop by and visit you won't be disappointed.
The new Manager has been very helpful. I appreciate the office's patience with me and overall I've loved my stay and my home. I'm hoping this will continue to go well and so far I'm very pleased. I love my location, close to work, and worth the investment while I'm looking for purchasing a house of my own. The new flowers and landscaping is very nice and I love the upgrades!
Think twice about leasing here. Rents are high, and you get no bang for your buck. The place is turning into the pits. We used to love living here but not anymore. I know I will get a generic response from Management, but I wanted prospective renters to know that your issues will not be heard or resolved. It sucks when apartment management does not do their job. Don't waste your money here!
