This is truly an awful place to live. Management is unresponsive and the office is always opened late and closed early. The locks for the gym and the gate never work. The apartments are DIRTY and there was mold in ours the entire time we lived there. It made us sick all the time. The management team blew us off about it, even though you can see it. It’s a shitty place to live and for the price you can live somewhere clean.

This place is infested with crime and roaches!!! Car break ins, apartment break ins, homeless people wonder around the property, drug addicts getting their fix in the parking lot, roaches in the apartments and laundry room. There is zero security. No personnel or systems in place. Not at all a safe place and definitely not clean either. Speaking with the office is a complete waste of time. They tell you what you want to hear and then dismiss you. My mother has been told for months they would fix the gate and step up security but it never happened. All they care about is getting their money, which they nickel and dime you for everything by the way. Not at all worth it. Avoid at all costs.

I asked for a checklist from an unpleasant guy named Jake in the office as far as moving out. He looked at me like I was an idiot and told me to just clean the place. I cleaned the place and moved out the 20th, a day the office should have been open but they weren’t. I emailed them I had the keys and to let me know how to proceed. They’re still charging me for rent for the days they were closed. Jake refuses to take any responsibility for there being no way to return them. Beyond that I’m still being charged a $125 cleaning fee so why’d I even clean? He feels justified and entitled to take my money for all this. Proceed with caution when dealing with him. And 2 months later still haven’t received my damage deposit back. They’re morally bankrupt.

Ground are kept up. It's a gated community which is nice. The amenity areas are clean and kept. Even many of the residents that my puppy and I have met are all friendly. My experience at Omnia was absolutely amazing. I know some people have awful experiences with apartment communities and personally I have had in the past too but these people knows what they are doing. My move in and move out were super smooth and the office was very helpful. The location is fantastic and I would have not moved out if it wasn't because I was finally able to get my own house. The laundry facility is clean and NOBODY stole any of my items the year I was there! The staff is involved and the pool is always clean! Would recommend to anyone!

This place is filthy, overpriced and roach infested. The office staff is rude and rarely answer the phone. Corporate doesn't care and redirects you to the same rude office staff. Apartments are never move in ready. Homeless and drug addicts are constantly lurking at night.

cockroaches always everywhere its really bad big ones and small ones

Please note that as a part of your residency here at Sevilla Apartments, you have the ability to have pest control treat your apartment home during their weekly visits. As a preventative measure we also spray the exterior of the buildings a minimum of once a month. The goal at any community is treatment and prevention and unfortunately that starts with residents that are currently having pest issues.
