Our mid-century modern community of only 60 rental condos is located within walking distance to Baldwin Park. Our property line actually borders the Baldwin Park property line. Our rental prices are hundreds of dollars per month lower than the other communities located nearby. Because our community was made up of condos, the finishes inside each of them are different. Here are some of the features our homes have: ~Lake views on Lake Gear ~Upgrades to granite counters ~Upgrades to black or stainless steel appliances ~Upgrades to wood laminate flooring ~Ceramic tile in all the wet areas ~Small, tucked away community feel ~Real concrete block construction that's more quiet than wood buildings ~Professional on-site management ~Fast maintenance service (I argue the best in the area!) ~Lakeside swimming pool ~Lakeside picnic area with grill ~Washer/dryer included in every home ~Crown moldings, custom paint, tinted windows, ceiling fans ~Walking distance to Baldwin Park and Cady Way Trail ~Walking distance to Fashion Square Mall, restaurants, movie theater, bowling ~Only 10 minutes to Downtown!
