On the Green Apartment Homes

So pretty here. Very seldom do I have issues, but when I do they respond right away and are so nice and helpful. I really enjoy it here.

The management and maintenance team are excellent and attentive to resident needs. I can't say enough good things about how well they take care of us here at On the Green!

Life at On the Green is peaceful and quiet, and the beautifully landscaped campus offers many modern amenities in the Clubhouse, a fenced dog agility park and duck ponds along the golf course. The staff are friendly, professional and prioritize the safety, security and quality of life. I absolutely love living here - gratitude! :D

On the Green at Harbor Pointe is a wonderful community. A peaceful and clean environment it has a family vibe within it the community. Residents are respectful of each other and friendly. On the Green at Harbor Point sits within a wonderful surrounding community as well.

It's a nice and safe place, where you can walk around and see kids playing around, people walking their dogs and little ducks in the pond. With an awesome indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and an attentive management staff (good customer service).

The area feels safe and nice. You can see kids playing around without the need of supervision. People walking around with or without pets and generally nice saying hi. The attention from the community staff onsite has been very diligent and attentive.

I have lived here for a little over 3 yrs and absolutely love it! The office staff, maintenance staff, everyone here has always been helpful and gone above and beyond! The grounds and surrounding area here are just beautiful. Many place to walk, sit, read a book, whatever! Wonderful place to live.

On the green is a perfect place to call Home literally

Quiet, family oriented, pet friendly neighborhood with lots of greenery and wildlife. The indoor pool is great with our liquid sunshine. I work from home so appreciate the respectful, quiet neighbors.

I just moved here and although it has only been a short time, I feel like the experience has been so smooth. I was trying to move quickly and in a short amount of time, all staff was helpful and quick to respond to any and all my questions. The property, although next to a main road, is very relaxing once inside. I feel like unlike other properties, the staff takes resident requests very seriously and wants you to feel comfortable in your home with everything in working condition. Very happy to live here!

Very nice apartment and friendly staff. Within walking distance to many schools.

Harbour pointe Blvd is a very nice area in mukilteo. Always people excercising, kids playing or going to school. Many schools nearby. The apartments are very nicely portrayed by staff and pictures, they even had a garbage service that would pick up at your door many times a week. Catch is you are not allowed to have anything outside your door if you put trash out for pick up too early you are fined, but that's when they had the service, now they have opened dumpster cages all over the place they are usually over flowing before emptied. The craftsmanship or repairs on the apartments are very lazily done and most of the time looks like a 2 year old could have done better. At one point it looked like the door to the apartment I rented had been kicked in with the last tenants here but was sloppily puttied back together. Quiet community, nice surroundings, nice features as in gym and pools, just not quite what was expected for the cost of rental and the area of renting. If you plan on moving to on the green look carefully at the apartments and don't judge the place by the model apartments they have cause quiet honestly those are the nicest apartments in the entire complex. Apartment: The apartments are true to form on the layout designs on the website. The 905sq is actually bigger than the 915sq apartment where it counts: bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms. They do have carpet which is a shame, but our model was renovated and had new carpet so it wasn't too hideous. Parking: Permit parking is great idea if it is enforced. 90% of cars in the parking lot after 7pm are non-permit cars. Clubhouse: A little small. The gym is small but semi-adequate: they've got a couple machines. Residents: Residents are small families, Boeing employees, and very few crazies.

You are not allowed to throw your trash away here. You have to pay nearly $50 in addition to rent to have valet trash service. They don't come on Fri or Sat so you get to store your trash all weekend inside your home! If you put it outside, even on the balcony, you will be fined. It stinks! On the days trash does come, if you can't put yours outside during your time slot you are out of luck, if your trash is out and it is not your time slot you get fined. If that time slot doesn't work for you too bad. If you live here you can expect to live with trash in your home. The schools are great and the apartments are pretty but this is UNSANITARY!
