They act like they go above and beyond but they honestly don’t care about any one. It’s like imagine a high school clique working in an office. The only reason I can’t stand living here is the staff.
Move in day there was mold in the AC units, a LARGE hole in the balcony wall with tons of concrete pieces. So obvious it is sad that they gave it to us in that condition acting like they maintained the apartment. the appliances are extremely outdated. AND the apartment they model is NOT the apartment you will receive, WAY smaller. The older unit buildings shoulder be torn down or completely remodeled. It is unjust to sell someone an apartment that is not what you asked for. AND to put icing on the cake, we had to pay for a full months rent but move in AUG 19th. They had all that time and did not even touch it.

apartments are shabby, and its sub leasing (which they do not tell you about) so if you move out, they stick you till it gets rented (they will milk you for as long as they can. my bill was close to 3k....Be warned. rooms are crap that look nothing like the pictures and a full size bed almost takes up the whole room

Managment is ruthlessly deceptive towards USF students by fraudulently leasing mold invested units. Their maintenance employees cover all toxic black mold with paint as a solution to the problem. After four days mildew and mold surfaced on the vents and walls they claimed it was dust. A toxicology report indicated two types of black mold spores. Tried getting out of my lease but decided not to reimburse the deposit/ 1st months rent. Visiting their office they suggested to a prospective renter (18 yrs) that a deposit of a full month rent was cheaper than prorated. They have no problems deceiving the public & tenants. Go elsewhere not worth the health risk being close to USF.
My daughters subleased an apartment from on50 for 3 months. The girls they took over the lease from had a cat and there was a chair that apparently was covered in scratches and now on50 is trying to charge my daughters $600 for a new chair. The previous tenants also left behind a small plant in the common area and on50 is trying to charge us $24 for removal. They said if we don't pay in 30 days it will be sent to collections. I have sent emails to Isacc and Valerie (property managers) and I have also called the office and not heard anything back for 9 days. I guess the longer they wait to get back to me the less time I have to respond. This is wrong especially since they still have the security deposit from the previous tenant that could cover their charges since it was them that caused the damage. If I don't hear back I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and reporting them.
Possibly the worst place I have ever lived. Spare yourself the headache and misery
The internet has not been properly working for 2 months. I as well as many others have complained to both the ISP and On50 about this. The Internet Service Provider, Single Digits, is scheduling appointments for technicians to come out and fix the problem. These appointments are being cancelled by On50 because they want to get out of a contract with Single Digits. Speed tests show that the upload speed is less than 1 megabits per second or 125 kilobytes per second. This is an unusable speed and this wasn't a problem before. The problem results in the internet being completely out during random parts of the day and no one being able to upload anything properly. Large assignments you need to turn in for class will take forever to upload and may not even work. Do you want to live at a place that cancels your appointments and doesn't want to fix your internet? Do you want to live at apartment that practice shady at best business practices? I'll let you answer that for yourself.
We arrived at On50 last week to take a tour of the property and were met by Isaac. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I had several friends who stayed there a few years ago and had a terrific experience. Good to know that the same friendly atmosphere prevails. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment near USF.
Often you will find a few problems pop up around your dwelling, but often the maintenance crew is swift to repairing these problems. The transition from internet providers is often problematic.
