Located just off the Saint Johns River, Craven is a quaint community lined with ranch-style and two-story single-family homes and paved sidewalks. Although there are some luxury rentals available in Craven, most of the housing options are affordable. The neighborhood is mainly residential, but there are a few local businesses spread around the edges of the community. Popular establishments nearby include Wicked Barley Brewing Company and Los Loros Mexican Restaurant. Craven is located roughly 12 miles south of Downtown Jacksonville, offering residents a quick commute into the heart of the city via Interstate 95 or Highway 1. Although locals enjoy riverfront views in Craven, they can easily reach popular beaches like Ponte Vedra Beach and Jacksonville Beach, located approximately 20 miles east.

Property Ratings at One at Mandarin
lugar tranquilo y acogedor , administracion muy eficiente , mantenimiento rapido y profesional , lo recomiendo 100%
Rude management crew that pairs along with the increased crime in the complex. Within the past two years I get roaches every time it’s too hot or cold. Talking to management about it is like beating a dead horse & you’ll be forced to get your own pest control service although it’s a building problem. Police are always circulating around and asking questions about crime.
Great staff!!! Everything was quick and easy. Thank you soooo much
New management (Lofty) is overly concerned about appearances and won't make any changes that actually matter. The laundry rooms are dirty and there's lint clogging up the vents which is a serious fire hazard. The kitchen only has about 2ft of counter space that's actually useable. There's a bar area but its too low to be useful, and I'm not even particularly tall. Compared to other residents I'm pretty lucky because I haven't had a roach infestation or had my car broken into. The only overhead lights are in the kitchen and bathroom. I don't think the pull string lightbulb in the closet counts. Bottom line: old, dingy, in dire need of TLC. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRETTY EXTERIOR!!! It's a facade!!!!

I’ve been here for about two years now when I first got here things were just so-so but since the new management has come on about I guess maybe six months ago I have noticed a dramatic difference in the apartment complex. It is such a better nicer place to live, everyone seems to really like it here and they take really good care of Everything around here. The staff is super nice and I love Kay she has always so helpful when I need her. Any time in orders are put in for maintenance it’s always done right away with everyone being very helpful. I enjoy everything about the one!

We are thrilled to see that our staff has been able to make you feel welcomed and willing to assist you over the past 2 years! Both our management and maintenance teams strive to show the passion and care they have for our residents by working hard for our community!
My apartment became infested with Roaches within the three months of living here, LOFTY management refused to admit or see out the problem. My car was broken into twice, on top of the staff being rude, and always around the complex oddly watching you. Kay, will only respond to emails if it’s something she absolutely has to tend to, the definition of this place is lazy. Is not worth the pricing, dirty facilities, barely working appliances, theft, and negative general living environment. A year of our lives we will never get back. Hope to see improvement for the residences that still live there!

Manager Lori is Rude and a Bully unprofessional JMG Realty never returned my emails or complaints. I sent her an email not renew and I got a 90 day Non renewal a few days later Even made great lengths to put a holdoverDO NOT MOVE HERE BuildingInfestation of stray cats and people feed them at night. Plus our cars got broken into a few months ago.
My boyfriend and I set outback in August to find a place of our own after moving out of our parents houses. These apartments are everything we hoped for. The perfect size for just us and the complex is quite and peaceful. Our neighbors are all really nice and management is always doing something fun to bring the community together. Every day it feels more and more like home. We couldn't be happier!!
Truth is, management has focused too much on the visible aspects of the property, and not enough on the health risks. The mold levels in most of the apartments are wayyyyy past safety levels. It wasn't until an elderly tenant died, did they go in, lift the carpet, and scrub down the floors. Also, based on the nearby properties, this place is a dump, but they want to charge you the same money. You will always have threatening letters wedged into your door, even if the issue does not pertain to you. To the new managements defense, they have tried, and spent alot of money beautifying the property. But it is an apple that is rotten in its core. If you have breathing issues at all, you live here at your own risk. FACTS!

We're sorry to hear about your bad experience. We're usually known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark. Please feel free to come by the office at your convenience as we're always happy to help.
Believe me you be very upset and this place not quite pcz the car 24/7 loud and small and really very expensive for the apartment it's up to you but I swear god very very very bad place
What was once under caring management, was like being a hostage and living in a war zone when new management took over! Construction all day everyday that will last for months! They will not renew the leases or find a reason to evict anyone who complains. They do not care about their tenants. If you sign, you will be held to the most strict standards while they do anything they want to disrupt the lives the tenants. The apartments are old, out of date, and tiny - way overpriced for the area. You will begin to see more and more poor reviews after others leave.
Quite, beautiful ( four beautiful fountain ponds with plenty of ducks), well maintained adult complex( all one bedrooms). Friendly staff. You would think 500sqft seen small but it's quite comfortable for a single person. I'm able to accommodate all my essentials furnishings without feeling like I had to sacrifice or feel crapped. Great place so far
