Property Ratings at One Camden Court
My sister been living there more than 10 years and always feel safe and secure. Staff friendly and the property include a lot amenities for us. Great environment and nice neighbors.
These apartments are horrible to live in. Do not move in here the price is higher compared to the 3 near by apartments which offer more perks for residents such as clubhouse, pool, or gym. The parking is always full and leasing manager charges for parking stickers and gate keys to supposedly help with parking space issue and says will tow cars but is a lie and scam. The gate is broken most of time anyways and tow number doesn't work, people still park behind vehicle and you have to search who owns vehicle. The laundry room is horrible appliances do not work. Price is steadily going up but no new appliances added. Children have nothing to entertain them so they will put dirt, rock, and sand in machines. The playground set they have is old worn down, has graffiti, and small. They only perk they did have was the pool but leasing manager put dying garden there to save owner money. Repairs hare halfway done to do a quick cheap fix. They use tape, glue, and paint to mask or cover problem so they do not are to properly fix unit. They leasing manager and owner gave us 60 days to move so they do not have to fix mold issue that is resurfacing now that paint is coming off. We still do not have hot water and they do not want to buy new broiler which was recommended from outside contractor. If you want repairs to be done you will be asked to move. Do not live here they take advantage of residents citizen status by ignoring fixing issues. Leasing office are rude and do not value tenants will be nice when signing paperwork to move in but true character will later show.
My parents lived there for 8 years because they didn't wanted to move to change their address but those appartments are horrible, the maintenance guys are lazy they just stayex walkinv on the property and never repaired the problems in the appartments and the manager is just worts
