Plan on making up multiple tickets for the same repair only to be consistently closed. As a separate iand additional observation if love dirty windows, this is the place for you. Based off of what my windows look like now it would appear that they wash the windows only on the condo section of the building because we have all of the splatters in our windows on our 180° view. Been asking for more than a year without my windows being washed. But they always have an excuse of why it’s not happening. Luxury living? Where is the lie?

One Chicago is an amazing place to live! The staff and amenities are exceptional! I just moved here from Michigan to attend Loyola Law school which is within walking distance which is the reason I chose this building! Now that I have moved in I can without hesitation say that I would live here even if I had to drive an hour to school!

So far, everyone has been super nice and the residents are very helpful. I would recommend that an employee walk new residents through how to use our phones/elevators. Luckily, residents saw us struggling and assisted us.

Really enjoy the experience living here. Shout out to concierge and mail room staffs who are friendly and always try to be helpful. One area for improvement is to organize more community events. It was promised to be monthly, but there wasn't any in the first half of 2024.

Peak convenience and restore like experience. Gym and whole foods are in the building, with the red line right across the street. Price is steep but worth it

I have been a resident since the birth of One Chicago and my experience keeps getting better with all the great amenities and amazing staff, Anthony, Kylee, and the team. Makes One Chicago the best building in the city. Keep up the amazing work.
There is a weird smell in the bld like a weird fragrance and ac is always warm everywhere. Besides that staff are great and units have nice finishes compared to other rental blds
Feels like you live in a resort. The building is run by a genius team - they’ve thought of everything, the attention to detail is on point, seriously the best decision I’ve made in many years!
Everyone on staff has been very helpful during our move-in. Front desk folks are always cheerful and readily provide answers to our many question. Special thanks to Kirby in the management office and John in the loading area for making a stressful situation go very smoothly!
Amazing people. Amazing place! So very excited to live here. We are new to Chicago in general so having all of these amenities at an arms reach will be very helpful.
The concierge team is extremely helpful and the apartments are high quality and thoughtfully designed. The dog run is also very clean which is a plus.

Love this apartment! Best amenities and views, great location with a lot to do. Design and finishes are really nice. Whole Foods downstairs for easy grocery shopping. Everyone I have met has been a pleasure to work with.

All the neighbors have been super friendly. I love how easy it is to access everything through the phone. Everybody at the dog park is super social. Love the front door people!

Great amenities, staff, units, views. Location is central. Having a Whole Foods is a complete game changer. The lifetime is huge and you never need to wait for equipment.
Absolutely love living here. I just moved in a few days ago and so far I have been impressed with the door people and maintainence. I also love using my phone for everything One Chicago!!!
I absolutely LOVE living in One Chicago! The staff here is unbelievable, so helpful and so kind! The location is incredible and the amenities are amazing and beautiful! I am so so happy I am living here and cannot think of a better building to be in.
The resident staff and Lifetime staff were very welcoming and helpful. The move in process, which is typically a stressful process, was incredibly seamless and easy.
Amenities and service are very elite. The staff is very friendly, moving in is very easy, although there was not a lot of initial communication about move in. But otherwise flawless.
I really appreciate that One Chicago maintenance keep the dog park clean and always they put fresh towels handy. We all love lifetime and that is quite n adventure. The staff are really kind and responsive. I wish One Chicago had invested more efforts on community building by arranging events and meaningful creative parties. That is the part that needs lots of of attention.

One Chicago has great amenities, staff, is always clean and welcoming and not forgetting the beautiful apartments - could not recommend enough.
The OSP leasing team is very professional and positive to interact with. They are always responsive and open to questions/concerns, and will work to within your requirements/custom situation. They seem deeply invested in finding the right fit for prospective residents, and that care is greatly appreciated.
I moved here in January 2024 and I absolutely love it. Don't plan on ever leaving for a different apartment in Chicago. The amenities and staff make the stay amazing.
