One Dallas Center closed

We have room for improvement, I believe that we can get better, I would like to see that in 2025, we have great staff that I believe that can make that happen

Love it thus far. The amenities do need to be updated and maybe repainting some areas would also be nice. I wish there was more security in the building, specifically monitoring the entry points into the residence side. Seems like randoms walk in behind other residents and pretend not to be able to find their fob.

So far I’ve had a great experience. I have not been able to get into the resident portal or access that, and I’ve been waiting a few days to get some feedback. Over love the community so far

I do love the view and staff ! The manager of the place does a great job she is so sweet and kind! This is a great place to call home. There is a bar downstairs and the bartender makes excellent drinks you definitely want to check the bar out .

One Dallas Center is a solid community. It’s a bit expensive and certainly could use some updated finishings, but it’s been good overall. The maintenance staff is quick and great.

Couldn’t live anywhere else in Dallas. Making this my forever home. The leasing office is the sweetest ever. Everyone is very helpful. It’s a great community of people.

I love living here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Maintenance makes sure to complete any request within 48 hours. There are always events to attend and meet other residents.

The staff is the heart of this property. They become your friends because you see them all the time. And they are fast with responses. Ofcourse there are occasional things that happen living in a high rise, but the staff really makes it all worth it.

Grateful for a safe place to live with easy access to the dart line and downtown. There is a great community to socialize with at the bar/lounge.

I love the building, my unit with its unique floor plan, and my neighbors. Also amenities are top tier- the bar and the gym. Even the pool area is clean and functional. If the tvs were available outside that would amazing.

This apartment is amazing. I love the views and the vibes. I really feel like this fits my aesthetic and it’s perfect for people like me that are young and professional.

I just moved into One Dallas Center last week and everything has been amazing - Its hard to move into a high rise building but it was so worth it!

Overall, great experience. Beautiful views, I can see the growth, and look forward to the continued growth. The community of people feel like family

Very quiet, clean, and cozy place with a wonderful view. The staff is also really friendly and responsive. The location is pretty convenient as everything you need is within 10 minutes.

I love living here at One Dallas Center! Location is everything and is surprisingly quiet! This is our 2nd time to be here and we’re going on 4yrs now !

Amenities not the same as other high rises downtown. Pool area not as nice, first floor usually messy because movers not limited to freight area. 30th floor area for meeting nice, but no get togethers there any more.

Solid apartment with very friendly staff. Some features such as flooring and cabinets within the apartment are a bit outdated, but they have recently started making renovations including common area flooring, hallway baseboards, and apartment entry doors.

My experience has been good. The staff is really great and the maintenance staff is always prompt. Upgrading the carpet and paining was the main reason why I renewed my lease.

The room was clean moving in, the pool is sweet with a set of grills near by, the bar is affordable, only downside is parking. Guests have to pay to visit you.

I’m moving out next month but if I wasn’t moving to California I would totally be here for years to come! While there aren’t many events for benefits to residents it’s been a great place for a great price

I enjoy the views and maintenance is very responsive to fix your needs. If all the elevators were working consistently on a regular basis would give 5 stars.

I love this apartment complex so far, everything is easily accessible! On top of that it place seems very quiet and i have no issues so far.

Everyone in the community had been really nice and welcoming. The views from my apartment are phenomenal. The office staff has been resourceful. My only issue is my parking pass still does not work and I have been here a week. Other than that, I love it here and would recommend this community to anyone.

Elevators don’t work consistently. Nothing is done about the smoking that has me leaving my paid on time rent apartment regularly. Not happy at all. Over priced for the inconsistencies that the tenants have t deal with. Did I mention the smoke?

Positives first . The office staff is friendly, helpful and patient. The maintenance department has been responsive and quick to help when needed. The layout is spacious, the views are amazing and the price is reasonable. Now the negative. The unit was filthy upon move in. Cleaners were in the unit when we arrived, trash was everywhere and they were not anywhere near finished. To their credit, the office staff had cleaners come out again a couple days later, but with boxes and furniture everywhere, it was impossible for them to do much. It's obvious the unit hasn't had a deep cleaning in a long while. Appliances had to be pulled out to clean under and around them. Food, other debris and gunk needed scraped off floors, appliances and walls. Fans and vents had thick layers of grime and dust. Cabinets and drawers had dried fluids splattered inside and out. Showers had hair on the walls and in drains. The dryer was packed with lint. This experience has been miserable and exhausting.

After 2 years I can say I’m appreciative of the community events, property upgrades- fresh paint, etc. I am still in love with waking to the sunrise every morning and the quietness of the unit.

Beautiful place and friendly staff. I’m new to Dallas and will be starting law school this apartment was my first choice for safety and convenience

I love living here. The community is unlike any other I have lived. The staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond. They are making modifications to the building that make it even better. This is first class living even when the elevators don’t work perfectly!

Theres alot of room for improvement and I'm hoping the new management will help with the changes. Overall, its a good place to live, there are great community activities

Overall good experience .The bartenders at the bar and the concierge ant the front desk are super friendly and cool . But the frequently breaking down elevators and the non functioning trash chute are a no no .

Pros | One of the best skyline views in the city. Great location. Convenient to a lot of downtown attractions and restaurants. Very responsive maintenance team. Cons | Every floor reeks of marijuana. Walls are thin. Expect to hear everything your neighbor says and does.

Awesome building. It would be nice if the management company ungraded the gym equipment - (rusting dumbbells etc.) other then that great building.

It’s a very safe place for being only me and my daughter at home and husband at work everyone here is super nice specially the office staff super helpful and the apartments are just nice and big in general compared to other downtown apartments

Ive been here six months and all the elevators are breaking down at least twice a week. The leasing office window has been boarded up since i moved in amd that’s the first thing people see when they arrive. It really makes. The place look rundown.

Not as seamless as a move in process as i would expect. Leasing lacks adequate communication skills. Nonetheless, I am happy thus far with my decision to rent.

My husband and I have been here for a few years and love it! Just transferred to a different apartment and it’s so lovely. So large and homey!

Neighbors fantastic, leasing personnel wonderful, the elevators are part of our rent exactly as heat and air as we cannot live here without them and rarely are all operational (the fire department was recently called), and the amenities are average by comparison to other highrise apartments. Therefore, in my opinion, the charges are too high.

Great service from the One Dallas Center team. I appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness and support to get me through the process and into my new home.

Just moved in and it’s been a great experience so far. It’s a convenient location in downtown Dallas with a lot of food options and fun things to do near by. Apartments are high quality and very comfortable.

So far, I love my experience at Dallas One Center. The building is HUGE, so it took a while for me to locate all the great amenities throughout the building. I love my amazing views, the adjacent park, and walkability of the neighborhood. It's also nice to have a bar downstairs to meet my neighbors, I've only visited it once so far, but it seems to be lively whenever open. The staff has also been pretty helpful as well. So far, I have no complaints and look forward to living here. Also- I have not experience any elevator issues- this is something I was concerned about reading prior reviews. It's been over a month and I haven't experienced any usually long wait times. I'll keep you posted on this one. ;)

I love the community and views of my apartment, the staff is very helpful and do their best to remedy any issues as fast as they can, which is very important to me

So far has been grest my space is huge and i like the amenities. They are better than my last apt. I also like location and I n good vicinity of downtown venues

I have been at ODC for almost 4 years and it has been amazing! The property is awesome, the views from my apartment are fabulous and the entire ODC staff has always been top notch

The leasing staff made it super easy to move in and I’m so grateful for them. I signed my lease without a tour and I not disappointed at all. The view from my apartment is top tier!

For someone who is disabled and can’t drive, the convince of being right on the rail lines is priceless. There are a lot of benefits to the space and its proximity to so many things. They have thought of most everything. Will be nicer once they update carpet and paint walls this year.

Staff here are super friendly and the apartment is so cozy with nice facilities. The only downside is that the elevators tend to take a while.

The building management does not care about residents. They enable and encourage an unsafe living environment by allowing everyone to smoke in a non-smoking building. In addition, the elevators are always broken. Several times, in a 5-month period, we were trapped in our apartment because no elevator was working. All apartments are on the 14th floor or higher and dogs are allowed. The dog space smells horrible, even in the winter. There was a broken light bulb with mercury dust sitting in the stairwell for months. We reported it and the work request was immediately deleted. A couple months later we tried again and then attention was given to the issue. We had to break our lease because we could not keep choking on the smoke and management did not care.
