Property Ratings at One Dekalb
This building is extremely noisy. I have neighbors that keep me up till 1 am most nights because they stomp and throw things against the floor above me. My neighbor on one side of me blast his music almost every day so that extremely fun to here well working from home. I have been in contact with management but she will just tell me that’s apartment living. This building has also cutback on cleaning and it shows.
Moved in January 28th 2020 I cannot begin to describe how much I love my apartment and the building in general. The roof terrace is unlike anything in the area. I am lucky enough to live in a PH unit which means I have my own private terrace that overlooks all of downtown white plains. The amenities are also great quality and there haven't been any issues other than power outages in the two years that I've lived there. Amenities: Fitness center with 2 Peloton bikes and one peloton treadmill. A boxing heavy bag, and free weights. Free coffee machine, rooftop terrace with three outdoor TV's and appropriate furniture. Pro's: All the amazing people, the amazing staff, and the amazing atmosphere. Con's: None
