Well, I love the service. I like the green areas. I love my apartment—it's very spacious, very original, and has neutral colors that go well with many types of furniture. So, I think they manage everything well. I love the lake, the clubhouse, and, of course, the gym. To me, for a small gym, it's very complete.

Della has been magnificent! She helped us during our lease signing and providing us with marked floor plans when we were not sure if the furniture we bought for the apartment was going to fit. The complex is clean and very pretty. Many restaurants and entertainment near. Not a long commute to work.

One Hampton Lake Lakeside Apartments are clean, have plenty of room with nice floor plans. The lake is beautiful and the focal point of the community. You can kayak, fish enjoy the great pool and other amenities including the gym and a nice clean proctor the doggies. There is plenty of parking space so you always find a decent spot and the location is really convenient. You’re less than 5 minutes from major grocery stores, hardware, gas, and restaurants. Movie theaters, bowling alley and 25 minutes to River Street in Savannah. Whether you end up living here or not you certainly should take a look before you decide where you will be living.

I am in love with One Hampton Lake. This is an extremely welcoming community of people in one of the most beautiful spots in Bluffton. A stunning location with a view and wonderful amenities. The dog park is very clean and well kept, my pups love it. The management is extremely responsive and all of the staff, has gone above and beyond my expectations. As new resident, I feel truly cared for. Their responsiveness and focus on customer service is a rare thing to find in today's world. I would highly recommend! ??????????

A nice community, definitely need the gates up and running for security as well as our own openers so we don't have to stop and punch in codes . Also different due dates offered for paying rent , as some of us don't get checks deposited into bank until the third of the month, like a grace period offered ..... thank you

My husband and I love One Hampton Lake! We have lived here about 1.5 years. The neighbors I have met are all friendly. The Management Staff is very good and making continual improvements. Maintenance is organized and gets things done right the first time. I would highly recommend living at One Hampton Lake.

My husband and I moved into the One Hampton Lake Apartments in October of 2021. During our time there, we moved in March 2024, we had nothing but an incredible stay. The maintenance team, especially in the more recent months, was fantastic. The amenities offered were wonderful. And Tara, front office, was incredible along with the other girls. Enjoy living at Hampton Lake with a lake view. It's a nice rental property; modern colors, gated and smoke-free! The Clubhouse and Gym are very nice and the view from the pool is very relaxing. The location is good with easy access to nearby stores and Hilton Head is an easy drive. Worth touring if you're thinking about living in Bluffton.

I have lived in Bluffton for nearly 12 years. I’ve owned property in one of the largest gated communities, but decided a few years ago to sell and rent. One Hampton Lake Apartment Living is the caviar of rental properties in the low country. What a beautiful place to live.

What is not to love at One Hampton Lake! Beautiful apartments on the Lake. Apartment grounds are lovely and landscaping is done by professionals. Office staff are so helpful. Great amenities.

Make sure your unit is ready to be moved into because they lied to me and told me my unit was ready, but the air conditioning was not working from day 1 and is still not fixed almost a month later.

This is a beautiful place, but the most horrendous, inconsiderate, rude and insolent management that I have ever experienced. I would not recomend anyone move here. The "security" gates were down for a year from the time I moved into the complex, the poolm was closed for a "DHEX Problem" for half the summer. It too 3 months for them to respond to a maintenance request for a damaged door, at which timethey replaced the door with a "less" damaged door. Their power washing vendor damaged my door lock and I was unable to lock my front door for over a week before they reponded. My kitchen sink basically caved it and detached from the counter 4 days ago, making it unusable, but apparently its not much of a concern because I'm still waaiting for it to be repaired, after putting in a maintenance request and stopping by management's office to request immediate assistance. Never again.

I have had a great experience with One Hampton Lake. Friendly staff, clean apartments and community, very well kept. Touring to leasing my apartment was easy and the staff was very accomdating to my needs. I have already taken advantage of the great amenties at the complex within my first few weeks of move and have continued to have a great experience!

Maintenance was never addressed. Gates have never worked. Pool is constantly not working. Management never addresses any issues, never returns calls, my freezer was broken for over a year!! They kept saying a new one is on back order. It’s way overpriced. When I moved out (paid an extra two months of rent just to break the lease) they said I never paid a security deposit so they never sent me my deposit back! Stay away from this place. And it’s roach infested

Have been a home owner and lived in the low country for over twenty years. Was also a residential Realtor. When I was ready to sell my home I did vast research in selecting a rental community. The decision to select Hampton Lakes Aesthetics were outstanding. Upon entering the rental unit with its modern approach made my decision easy. Have renewed my lease twice now and shall continue to do so. Very happy to be a resident.

This could be an exceptional property, there are beautiful views but it has been poorly managed. Many of the issues (damage to unit by former tenants) we raised regarding our unit on move-in were never addressed even though they were brought to management's attention multiple times. It has been very frustrating to have to deal with the issues outlined above when we were so enthusiastic to move here.
