Great apartments with spacious rooms. The amenities are maintained well. The area is ok with the biggest issue being the homeless making a mess around the area and sometimes hanging around the property.

We really enjoy living at ONE HARRISON. We’ve been living here since its opening in 2019. Everything is very well organized, great conditions to spend time, the pool, barbecue area, amenities, maintenance, etc., everything is really good.

Overall wonderful place in a great neighborhood. The building and area feels safe. The entire area is also family friendly with plenty of both well known stores and family owned gems (restaurants, bakeries, etc.). Easy access to NYC via the path and NJ transit (~15min walk each shuttle ride to the path). The building amenities are great and it’s good value for one’s money if coming from NYC. The maintenance staff is also responsive to tenant needs. Ohhh… and wonderful concierge staff!

I like that it’s clean and the shared spaces are well kept. The ‘onboarding’ is taking a little longer than I thought it would. Lots of apps and papers that give instructions. The shuttle to the path is a huge plus.

The apartment is beautiful the only thing is that, Uber eat drivers are hanging out in the stairs by the lobby waiting for orders and the area surrounding the apartment building is dirty from people throwing their trash all over the place.
I have had a great experience living at this apartment. The facilities are well-maintained.The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and dining. Best place to live where you will get Amenities Security Safe neighborhood Nearest Grocery store 0.5 mile BJs, ShopRite at 1 mile Walmart at 1.5 mile Nearest path station to NY also has a shuttle service to path station Maintenance is top-notch Safe package deliver and so on.

Just moved here a while back and the place has been good so far. View is good and the place is clean and quiet. The complex services are also nice. Only concern is the air conditioning noise which is bit louder than usual.

The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are really nice. The only issue is the surrounding area. At times the homeless or drug users walk around the area where I feel unsafe. Hopefully the area will get cleaned up and would be safe to walk at night when I walk my dog
The location is great, amenities are amazing and the concierges are nice and helpful. I love having a parking garage and that there are visitor parking as well. Very safe and convenient.

1 Harrison is a fantastic condominium with excellent amenities. I would really like there to be better cleaning in the building and outside the building as people let their pets get dirty. That's the only thing you need. The staff are wonderful and relaxed. I've lived here for almost 5 years and I'm very pleased with the neighbourhood.

Community is nice. Nice outdoor walking area along the river it is safe and secure both building and the community. The property manager and staff are very nice. Apartments are not very sound proof.

I really enjoy living here, it’s clean with great amenities. The only complaint I have as a tenant is the “lockout key” situation. Although I understand people abusing the luxury of having someone to get you access to your apartment at anytime, I think it’s absurd to charge $100 after 5pm just to let you into your apartment if your forgot your key- not for a new key to keep but just to let you in. That doesn’t feel very community like at all. Mistakes happen!

Beautiful apartment and the amenities are great but they aren't all night. I wish the gym was open at night because I work night shift at the hospital.

Great place to live. Good proximity to the path station and very secure building. The amenities are all very fun, I use them frequently. The building holds resident v events which are a great way to meet neighbors

The community and ambience is nice. Having concierge is surprisingly refreshing and helpful for all things (information, package collection, letting deliveries in, friendly greetings, feeling safe/secure, etc). The community is zen and free in pretty much every area from amenity spaces to a simple walk down the hallway to your apartment. I’ve only been here for 2 months and so far no complaints that can’t be easily rectified through leasing, maintenance, or concierge.

Our experience in this building has gone down hill as years go by.This is our 4th yr.Management at the office is not professional and lack standard customer service.They don't reply to emails, or voicemails.They also disregard tenants' concerns even if different tenants made multiple complaints face to face at the office.They don't enforce rules and regulations for dogs according to the lease and this creates an unsafe environment for dogs and children in the building.Property is dirty because irresponsible dog owners. Anyone that is "friends" of the office is allowed to have dogs unleashed around the building.Dogs could be unleashed in and out the management's office running around, also by the front lobby by the guard or in any hallway daily.There is no correction by management and staff after complaints by dog owners and parents.Dogs get attacked, kids are scared and management doesn't care.Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else safe and sanitary for your dogs and children.
Everything was explained very simply, the leasing manager helped me every step of the way. The building it gorgeous. I applied and was approved the same day. I love it!

Rent continuously increases at the end of your lease with no room for negotiation, staircases always smell like dog pee and parking is somewhat costly for a garage door that is often broken. Other than that our stay has been relatively without issues, but we do feel it's not worth the price to continue renting here.
We have loved our time here at one harrison. The gym has been our sanctuary and the pool our place of peace. The concierge staff is so friendly and always take care of us with our packages and visitors. The leasing office has been really helpful with helping us decide on extending our lease. The neighborhood is really lively and friendly. We love it here.

I have really enjoyed my experience here at One Harrison so far. The staff is friendly and the aesthetics does help the apartment have that clean look in Harrison. I am enjoying my stay here in my studio especially during the summer with the nice views over the river.

Lovely place and the apartments are a great size with a balcony. My only thing is that they limit on how many visitors you can have to enjoy the amenities which is 6. I have a big family and find it sad that I have to leave out a sibling or family member
