Our Humble and Loving Abode

Our apartment is beautifully equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, and our living room is connected to our dining room and kitchen, making it wonderfully cozy and intimate when hosting dinner parties and celebrating the holidays. Every room is appointed with plenty of space, and the view from our living room is wonderful! We live on the 26th floor, and our living room overlooks the East River, where we can view the breathtaking annual Fourth of July Macy's fireworks! Two of our bedrooms overlook Avenue C, which is located in the East Village in the lower east side part of Manhattan. We have plenty of closet space, and we never have to worry about waiting to use the bathroom. Our building has 24 hour security, a laundry room, and a community room for residents' use, and community meetings. The building is kept very clean, and the cleaning staff are sweet. We also have a garage to park our car! We don't ever want to leave this apartment, we've raised our three kids here!
