One Park

It’s been nice living here so far. Amenities (coffee machine, gym, game room, rooftop) are great and staff is responsive to any concerns. They also host resident events here from time to time which is a good way to get to know fellow neighbors. Overall would recommend One Park!

Overall excellent place to live that is fairly new in West Hartford. The property management is quite responsive to concerns. The inside of the building is superbly maintained. Be advised that this location is amongst the most expensive places to live in WH, with most amenities incurring an extra charge (extra for storage room, extra for assigned garage parking, extra for amenities once per lease term, extra for internet).

Is a very pleasant community in which to live with a responsive maintenance department. One thing which needs improvement is parking lot security.

Really enjoying living here so far! Staff and maintenance team are great and very responsive to any concerns. We use the amenities often - there’s a nice gym and game room, as well as a coffee machine and pickleball court. Surrounding neighborhood is ok - there’s usually some cool events going on in the neighborhood though and some good restaurants nearby

One Park is hands down one of the most luxurious living experiences you can find in the area. While the price is on the higher side, one park has a lot to offer like upscale amenities. The amenities are top notch there’s everything from a large fitness center to a rooftop deck, perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. The on-site management team is professional and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents have everything they need. The location is also unbeatable, offering easy access to all the great dining, shopping, and entertainment West Hartford has to offer.

One Park has been a nice place to live over the past 8 months. The management is attentive and resolves problems. Maintenance is prompt to fix anything.

One Park had everything I was looking for-the amenities, the new apartments, and the convenient location. The staff are also very responsive.

Manager is very responsive to messages. Lots of families and older folks. Rent is a bit high but probably normal for the West Hartford area.

Everything you need to complete a happy home is there. With there amenities. Really beautiful new luxury apartments. Most important friendly and nice staff.

I recently moved into a new apartment, and I couldn't be happier! The space is modern and stylish, with sleek finishes and an open layout that feels both spacious and cozy. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the warmth of the apartment is perfect, making it a comfortable retreat. It's truly a great place to call home!

Great location! The room is spacious with high ceilings! I wish there was one more window in the living room. Otherwise the place looks amazing!

Just like to say that living at one park and being in this community has been outstanding and enjoyable in this past year, I’ve had the opportunity to use all the amenities at one park except for the Pickleball courts, but in time I will use them. I would highly recommend this to people who are looking for apartments when they move into West Hartford because this is an outstanding Community to live in.

Amazing staff, competitive amenities that outshine any other you've seen in apartment complexes. I love it here! I feel like I'm at a resort! From the heated pool to top tier gym facility, rooftop terrace, and a stunning lobby with fireplace, I have all I need in one place! Everyone is so incredibly friendly and they aim to make it feel like a community by constant get togethers hosted for the residents. 1 Park has truly become a place I love calling home!

I have loved my time at One Park. Management is very helpful, and the amenities are fantastic! I enjoy going to complimentary yoga on Wednesdays and have taken advantage of the pool during the heat waves we’ve had. I definitely recommend One Park!

We just moved in this weekend and have already loved every second of the community. All of the staff were very helpful upon our arrival and the area is amazing!

Everything has been very accommodating for me to move in. There was an unfortunate power outage during my move in but it was handled well and I was updated often about the situation. I appreciate the information and being informed by the leasing office.

I feel like I'm in a hotel every time I return home. The feeling is wonderful. The place is very quiet, the neighbors are great and all the facilities that One Park offers us... Amazing!

Everyone here is super nice and welcoming. I feel extremely safe with the security system. It's like Fort Knox. The space was clean and new before I moved in. I'm glad I decided to move here for my first post-grad apartment.

One Park is an amazing complex to live in with a very helpful leasing staff and maintenance staff. My move to One Park was smoothless. And I look forward to my continued living here.

The experience of moving in and becoming a new resident at One Park has been the best I’ve ever had at an apartment. The staff is helpful at an impressive level, the property is beautiful, and the amenities are better than expected (huge gym, well attended and inviting pool, etc.) What has impressed me the most is the integrity of the manager, staff, and maintenance. They respond right away, they fix it right the first time (a door hadn’t been activated by the security monitoring company, and they got right to it until it was corrected), and they participate in the fun activities around the property like barbecues and book clubs. Highly recommend the people and the place!

I love the community at One Park and how clean my apartment is. The location is perfect, even having multiple grocery stores and food markets within walking distance.

I’ve just renewed my lease at OnePark. It’s been an excellent place to live. The proximity to Hartford and West Hartford is a great benefit. The amenities keep getting better as well.

I moved in One Park apartment one week ago. I'm absolutely thrilled about residing in One Park Apartments. Its proximity to my workplace, along with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants, makes it incredibly convenient. The ambiance is wonderfully tranquil, and being a new apartment, everything is pristine and equipped with modern appliances. The residents are all welcoming, and the management team is exceptionally responsive and helpful. Nakita, the manager, is incredibly understanding and approachable, always ready to address any concerns. Ashley, the leasing agent, is incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to provide thorough tours and honest answers to any questions. Overall, my experience moving into One Park Apartments has been nothing short of satisfying.
