Property Ratings at One Sutton Place North
This building was sold and the new owners have one thing in mind, maximizing cash flow. They fired all the original staff and cut back on services. For example, packages are no longer delivered to apartments. Instead, they stack up in the lobby, open for anyone to take. They shut down the package room to make way for their new management office. The pool that they will showcase then you tour, is used during the day by outside companies to provide swimming lessons. The gym, which is included in the rent (for now), is a disgrace, with none of the equipment maintained and most machines not operable or severely challenged. The best part is that while you as a resident cannot park in the courtyard, the building owners will park their new Range Rover and Audi RS6 for days on end. The place sucks.. and isn't worth it.
Ever since the new management has moved into the building complex, living quality has rapidly decreased. The two main managers are arrogant and incapable. The buildings have been defunded and therefore repairs (e.g. broken elevator) take months to complete.
