Property Ratings at One Webster
The worst. I don't know where to start. I am moving out as soon as the contract ends in couple of months. Anywhere would definitely be better than here. Loud noises at 2am, dog poop, mice issue, water leaks, packages missing. If you ask the office for help, the answer is: it is not our fault. No one is faulting these people, just asking for help. Horrible attitude, you feel scared and intimidated to even walk in the office.
I have a month waiting for a 400 dollar deposit to be returned to rent an apartment that in the end they rented it and they did not tell us until the last day. nobody knows give me an answer about my money a month ago
No one has offer me any incentive to write this review (I wish they were). So, before I move to OneWebster I was kind of stress looking for a nice apt, near to boston, to my work place and in one nice location, we are talking about Boston so the prices was extremelly higher and some good deals was like 30 minutes far from here and during the rush hour will be worst and long than this, so, accidentally I found the ONEWEBSTER! Nice place/good deal/near to Boston and the price is not a crazy expensive rent. And Well, I will give 5 stars to live here because the place is nice. . The ZipCode isn’t the best part of Boston or MA, but its ok: its safe And this is important, and I haven’t see any issue so far. Around here its a quiet neighborhood, there is some good condo/apts, its clean as well. The building location for me is the key - near to the airport, near to boston, easy access to the silver line, we don’t need to go trough the town of chelsea or east boston to go to Boston. The Unit its fine, is not A luxury apt and thus is true, but its good. I’v been living here for over 8 months and I don’t have Any complaint!! . I do looking forward to renew my lease actually because I do enjoy live here. No problems with neighbors everyone has been very respectful over here, friendly, no headaches at all. The management team Has been professional with me the few times I needed then. So, No complaints, I wish the dog rent could be less than 100$
There are no words for how terrible this complex is. the management doesn't know what they are doing. Constantly pointing blame at others and taking zero responsibility or any issues. the building constantly floods whenever there is a heavy rain. You can hear the water pouring off the elevator from the elevator shaft from the flooding. The building smells like pee and weed. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. for the money it costs to live here you could be treated a lot better and have a much nicer building.

I've been living here for almost a year, and I will NOT recommend this place at all. The common areas are constantly dirty. The snow removal is terrible. They will not even salt the pavement. The constant animal droppings everywhere is disgusting. The staff is not very helpful, specially the manager. These owners take no responsibility and place ALL liabilities in the resident. For the amount of money you pay here, it should be better. I cannot wait to move out. If you can avoid this place, run, far away.

We lived here for almost a year before we had to break our lease early. Awful management. One of our friend's apartment flooded and nothing was done to help them through the mess that was caused by the management company. Even after the manager was warned about leaking water by the tenants, they still did nothing. Our floor always smelled like weed and the neighbors had no sense of social awareness when it came to music or parties. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Remember, the building might be nice, but you are still living in Chelsea.
I was a tenant for 3 years and went through 3 management companies here. I left just as JRK took over and they were the worst. They don't even pick up the phone when you call them! If you choose to stay here, please keep all your records carefully. Take pictures of before/after moving in/out and keep your payment records. Note that the building is also quite poorly constructed - may look good on the outside and when you do the walk through, but don't expect luxury. I'd passionately advise against living in this property - not worth the cost and stress for this zip code.
Was initially really impressed with this community, but since moving in, feel like I've been duped. Even other tenants have complained about the "management" on site. There seems to be no sense of urgency when it comes to doing anything and all they care about after you sign a lease and move in is that you are paying them. The maintenance guy has been great and is friendly with tenants, but being the only one on site to do any work, I don't think he will last much longer. The pool that is due to be completed 2nd week of August..? No one has been here to do the work for the last 4 days and since we are already into August, the project probably won't be completed in time to enjoy for any of this summer. The units are nice, but other communities in the area seem to offer more for the money. Being that One Webster is relatively new, I would expect the building to be a little cleaner. The carpets in the halls are gross, as are the elevators. There also seems to usually be a ton of trash just outside the main entrance, covered with flies that make their way into the front vestibule. Oh, and pet friendly community is a nice option if you have pets - but be prepared to listen to neighbors' dogs barking for an entire afternoon. Overall, would recommend checking other properties before deciding on this one.
We came to visit this one time and once only - it was the first apartment we looked at (and certainly not the last) but in discussion, it was the one complex that kept coming up. The price is right, you won't get more affordable, modern luxury this close to Boston....AND they're building a pool, which turns into an ice rink in the winter. Like, come on now. It's a no brainer. Plus they are pet friendly, so little meow and fido can tag along. Staff is easy to talk to, and a gym is on sight so pump iron if you please. Free outdoor parking, and paid garage spaces for when you just don't want to shovel 80 feet of snow off your car (although there is snow removal....lets not remember winter 2015.) Seriously, look no further.
