I absolutely love living here! The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The building is thoughtfully designed with top-notch amenities, including a gym, a grilling area, meeting rooms, and a spacious kitchen perfect for gatherings. The thick walls ensure complete privacy and peace—no sounds from neighbors at all. The location is unbeatable, offering exceptional convenience. Downtown Boston is just a short ride away, and you can reach Harvard in only two stations. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, community, and accessibility. They cut every corner when constructing this building, and it shows. One elevator has never worked in the 3 years this building has been open and what do you know, its currently broken. Management and building ownership changes frequently and the the new staff is not always nice. If you check reviews you'll see most of us miss the Buzzuto staff.
Sidney has been so helpful with the move in! Cassie was great on move in day with my movers! The building is gorgeous our apartment is soooo clean and also gorgeous!

The place is very neat and clean. The staff was helpful and the community is very welcoming. Moved in recently and it is a pleasant and safe experience here.

We just arrived and received the warmest welcome! The apartment is in excellent condition and the amenities work perfectly for us. The staff is very attentive and eager to assist in any matter thank you.
Great location both for business and study. I was looking for the apartment with parking, but limited availability at the other apartments. Cambridge is relatively quiet and nice restraints are everywhere.
The move in was good. Ease of getting packages and friendly staff have made my first week easy as this is my home away from home as I work hybrid.
Great apartment with modern amenities. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Walls are a bit thin so something to keep in mind with neighbors

I consider myself fortunate to be a resident of One65. The management is exceptionally supportive, and each staff member possesses a distinct and helpful demeanor. Regular networking events are organized every month, fostering a sense of community among tenants. I highly recommend this establishment; it boasts convenient access to the T station, numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a grocery store nearby.
I've been living in this place for about a month. The living area is excellent, clean and quite. The staff have been really nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that residents are satisfied and enjoy their stay.
Overall, it’s a good experience living here as a family with a small child. We love the area and appreciate that the building is well taken care of.
Great place to live. Convenient location and amenities are spectacular. Groceries, restaurants, bars and public transportation all within walking distance. Building staff can be a bit standoffish but otherwise great place to live.

I like the area and the building but we pay $400 a month for parking and the garage is constantly not working. The fire alarm has also gone off repeatedly this month from early in the morning, midday and late at night.
Everything is great here except my move in experience. My leasing rep kept making mistakes getting close to our move in date and after moving in. Our security deposit amount was wrong with close to a week and a half notice before move in. Our parking garage clicker didn’t work and instead of giving us a new one when she was available the Sunday she was working, her resolution was for us to call the promoter downstairs to let us in if we can’t get in instead of believing us the first time. Then the next work day, our clicker still didn’t work getting out the garage and the leasing rep told me to go down to the parking garage office and they told me the leasing manager had all the clickers and battery replacement. I was so shocked that she made me go down when she had the resolution handy and not make us go through all that trouble and nonsense.
I love this location - within walking distance to restaurants, parks, the river and more! I appreciate the opportunities to get know neighbors in the building through events and value the responsiveness of the maintenance team. I wish that the common areas were better kept - some of the furniture is stained/worn, and it’s unfortunate that the concierge team changes so often.
Great apartment and amenities. Gym and common area are superb. Apartment is clean and all units are essentially brand new. Front desk staff is not the friendliest. Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner. Overall slightly overpriced but a great place to live.

Very nice building overall, well decorated and it’s in a good location. There are some small issues to work through sometimes like air conditioning

Overall experience has been pretty good, however, the overall Maintenance has not be that great recently. The front door has been broken for months, and one of the elevator was out of commission for so long.

Do not live here! Beautiful building and good location. Unfortunately, constant problems with: 1. front door not working 2. one out of 3 elevators constantly down for almost 1 year. 3. Entire Building A/C and heater down on average every 6 week during winter with 57F for +3 days and spring 85F for 4 days. 4. Trash bin is constantly clogged. 5. NEW MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL: from ignoring tenants to hiding during problems such as 57F during winter. Not worth living given the price and the numerous and repetitive problems. Most of all, the new management has shown unprofessional and unamicable behavior shared by many tenants and neighbors in the building.

Due to the poor planning of the management company, the AC is not operational while it is 85 degrees outside. When confronted about what they are going to do to try and rectify this situation, they said that because this problem affected the whole building they don’t have any plans to provide any sort of compensation or concession. I love having my almost $4k apartment being unlivable for a few days because the AC is out and being told to just deal with it.

Conveniently located in front of the station. The amenity space is also clean. The room has a large window, so it feels open and I like it. However, I am wondering if the glass is UV resistant.

Good location and convenient. It's a new apartment, so it's clean. I don't mind the noise. Maintenance is also substantial. Too bad my favorite supermarket, Trader Joe's, is not near me. But I like this apartment.

Great here So many great things about this place. Everything new. Po door parking garage space. New high tech appliances. Friendly and helpful property management staff concierges and maintenance people. I feel I am so fortunate to have moved here. Great neighborhood here in Kendall Square Brothers supermarket connected to the residents garage. Don’t even have to hog outside. just go from parking space in garage to lower level and walk into the market.
Beautiful, quiet, beautiful neighborhood!! I will recommend to anyone interested. The office responses are fast. Front desk helpful and so is maintenance.
