Staff is always kind and willing to help. Place is kept clean and they do a lot to encourage interaction amongst neighbors. The building is also very dog friendly, which has been great for our Golden Retriever.

One eleven is great! I love the new addition of the quiet study space as well. The staff are all lovely and are extremely courteous and helpful!

Great place to live with lots of amenities and great location. The only problem is the attached parking garage, which my car has been broken into twice, keyed, etc. No one helps. You are on your own.

The building is great. The Staff are always so friendly & helpful. Amenities are wonderful. And the location is amazing. A huge bonus for my family was how dog-friendly the building is. Great heated & covered outdoor dog park, a bathing station and a pet play room.

Fantastic location, amazing building, functional and clean amenities. The pool is heated to use year round, gym has updated equipment, and the location of the building is near anything you want to walk to.

Amazing community, amenities, and location! Central and walkable to lots of areas in Chicago, gym and pool area are great, and the grills on the patio are always available.

My experience at OneEleven has been pleasant minus one experience. I’ve enjoyed living here nonetheless. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The location is perfect and steps away from the Chicago Riverwalk.

I just moved into OneEleven and so far it’s been great. People are really nice and the management team went out of their way to make sure our move went smoothly. Love the location and the apartment was really clean and has a gorgeous view of the Chicago River. With the L train very close and the Metra not far, I can see being here a long time.

Beautiful view, amenities, and kind people. Central air can be kind of bad sometimes and lake st. is kinda dangerous after 5pm. Overall great with the restaurants and good spots a 10-15 min walk away.

Moving in has been a pleasant experience at OneEleven. The management team did a wonderful job in welcoming me. The packages were handled very carefully and it was easy for me to navigate their location.

Pros : Great management staff, faculty, laundry services. Cons : locked mail room, fewer resident activities compared to the past, rent premiums.

The apartment staff (ranging from the concierge to the leasing office to the the maintenance team) are extremely friendly and helpful! The amenities are always clean and never too busy and the events the management team puts on for the community are great!

Upkept very well and the building is built rock solid. I’ve almost never heard my neighbors!! Amenities are also top class and location is right on the river.

OneEleven is a great place to live. Location cannot be beat! The concierge team is top notch! The maintenance is on top of any issues - nothing major, even minor things like cleaning up spills in public spaces are handled immediately. Only complaint is the parking garage is horrible - even though this is managed and owned by a different company, wish that OneEleven could partner with them to make sure paid monthly parkers have available spaces.

Very good onboarding process. Was made to feel welcome and Angelina helped us tour several potential units. Locked in a lease at a great rate. Would recommend!

Just moved in a week ago and already had a great experience, the move was super easy and everyone in the building has made it fantastic. The most friendly staff as well.

I just recently moved in but everything had been pretty good so far! An easy move in process, and everyone had been very nice. I am still missing a couple packages that were delivered before I moved in and hoping that gets cleared up soon but so far so good

Fantastic amenities and location in downtown Chicago! The units have new appliances and reasonable floor plans which are more reasonable in price per sq ft compared to NYC, LA, or SF. Leasing office staff are very helpful and responsive, and they even offer a 30-day window to transfer (without fees) into a different unit within the building if you are not happy with the unit.

I've loved staying here, the view is great, the amenities are amazing, honestly no complaint. I would continue living here if my officer weren't moving.

Having just moved in, can say it was a seamless experience. Moving day was super easy and have been loving the building since. They really go out of their way to make their residents comfortable and feel supported - super dog friendly as well!

It is a great place to live as it's close to all street neighborhoods, from restaurants and bars in the river north to the theater district behind, and a few minutes of walking g to Navy Pier. One can't go work here. Added bonus. The cta is behind the building for easy transportation.

Moved in yesterday. Staff has been very helpful and friendly. Was a seamless move in and was appreciative of the supplies in my apartment (soaps..). Put in a maintenance request for my washer and it was resolved in 15 minutes.

Great apartment, I love the amenities and the concierge is very welcoming. It’s in a great location with a wonderful view. The management is better than one other apartment management I’ve had, but they could still be a bit more accommodating to requests, especially when there are circumstances that inconvenience the tenant.

It has been good. However, it used to be better. The fitness classes have been reduced; there is no more core classes. The activities are not like they used to be. The deliveries in home are finally getting better, but they were not for a couple of months. The people that work at the building are all very nice and helpful. The building is in great conditions.
