Property Ratings at Onyx at 3211
The management and maintenance crew are nice and helpful, but the people who live in the community are the worst neighbors I have ever had. Cars playing loud music at all hours, cars parking wherever they want- this problem is so bad that the management pays residents to report the cars that are improperly parked. One of residents threated to shoot my dog as we were casually walking around. Very few people walk their dogs on a leash, and absolutely no one picks up after their dog. You're forced to buy $45 a moth cable package which is included in the price you see above. Any one who wants a nice quiet place to live with your family and pets, this this definitely not the right place to live.

We appreciate your comment in regard to Maintenance and office staff. We strive to make sure that all of our residents are properly taken care of and comfortable in their apartment home. It is our intention to make sure everyone is abiding by the quiet hours around the property and we appreciate being made aware that we need to strive harder to make sure that this problem is taken care of. In regards to the cable that is included, basic and extended cable about 140 channels are included for anyone who rents an apartment home at The Lenox. The rent is broken down to include water and cable but the prices listed are what you pay a month. Residents are not required to purchase a $45 package. We have an open door policy if you would like to meet with anyone in the office to address your concerns. We look forward to it.
Hello my name is Diane and I've been a tenant here for almost two years coming January of 2018. I moved here from Massachusetts. I just want to say what a blessing it is to live here. The Management here are professional and They are always friendly and kind. They take pride in making sure that the tenants live in a safe, clean and quiet environment. I thank God for them. Jasmine and Latasha thank you so very much. Ms. Lewis.
Lenox apartments is the best apartments on wrightsboro rd. they are a lot better than the other properties in the area. The plus is they include cable which made my decision to move here a lot easier. Really big and spacious apartments for the rent. They also are on the bus line. My lease is up in Nov and I already made my appointment to renew.
I moved here from Atlanta and the assistant manager was really nice and community seemed quite. But now I can't wait until my lease is up to be on the first thing smoking out of here. Maintenance is great they come right away, the assistant manager is very professional, however the manager is very rude and when you call corporate to address your issue they brush it off. Wouldn't refer anyone I knew here.

We apologize that your experiences with management have not personally been the most pleasant. We strive to make sure that the residents at The Lenox Apartments have an enjoyable experience. If at any point you would like to have a conversation with the community manager about your concerns, we welcome it. Have a great day :)
I have been living her for a little over 1 year now. The Girls that run the front office have the worst attitude in the world. Every time I have a Maintenance request they actually get an attitude over the request and half of the time they do not even put the request in to the Maintenance team and my issue goes unresolved. This would probably be a better place to live if they hired caring, competent staff to run the front office. When you inquire about the apartments, the staff is courtesy and professional but once you move in they give you nothing but attitude and trouble. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The front office staff is truly the worst to deal with. I would give this a -0 if i could rate these apartments.

Maintenance is here everyday to ensure that all of our residents are fully taken care of in terms of all their maintenance needs. We are here daily and have an open door policy if you would like to come by and have a conversation so that we can make sure you are being fully taken care of.
I've been living at the lenox for 4 years. i've seen all the managers and the manager now is the best. Most of the time when ppl bash the property it's b/c something didn't go their way b/c i've never had a problem that the office and maintenance didn't solve and it was always within a timely manner. People need to understand that you're renting half the things that maintenance takes care off you couldn't afford if you owned a house and it went bad. i love my space and i love my neighbors!
I am very disappointed in these apartments. The management and maintenance are okay but the apartments are just not worth it. There is always water damage, my electric sockets do not work and bugs come out of the woodwork. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere better. I'll admit the complex is a lot quieter than when I first moved in and I like the fact that the police patrol the area at night but this was definitely a bad decision on my part to move here.
I moved here from detroit a year ago and took a apartment in the Lenox Apartment complex.. I currently live in building J apt#10.. It has been a good place to start off with . My place is quiet in a great location . I have good neighbors that look out for each other. My 1 concern was the hill in the front where I often seen young men standing and coming into the complex.. I voiced my concern to the manager and I see that they have started fixing that problem they put up a nice iron gate to keep undesirables from entering our peaceful community. I think this place is great and I'm happy I renewed my lease for another year
We have only been living at these town homes for 2 months. All we had was our clothes and beds. The first day we encounter clogged sinks and toilets and ants in the room. They have bad roaches and gnats really bad. But the worst part that has my family moving out is that the place is infested with bed bugs. My son broke out in a rash from it. I am so hurt and disappointed. The apartment showed no sympathy. Now we are need of a place to stay.
The maintenance and landlord could be a little better! Just don't like the fact that men sit outside my apt all the time and no one live on the 2nd floor with me so no one should be on my back porch
