Excellent place for those of us that are older and prefer to live with the location right next to the beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping make it the perfect destination for us.

Very good place to live overall - convenient location, covered parking in a garage , lovely courtyard Garden Space.

Location is great, complex is open and welcoming, facility offers features for every preference and taste, beautiful views coupled with clean and well run buildings complete with covered and secured parking.

This is a great place to live. The Management is here to help us. The lobby and public area is beautiful there are many activities.

The apartment units are bright, quiet and provide a Beautiful living experience.

Maintenance repairs concerning my apartment are quickly resolved

Every staff member has been so kind and helpful. We really appreciate being treated with patience and kindness throughout this process especially since moving is quite challenging with aging. We interacted mostly with Emily and Theresa, both are rare gems. I hope and pray they make a career of staying onboard here at Overture!

Overture Virginia Beach is a well-appointed apartment community for those 62 that has as a bonus the Chesapeake Bay & its beaches in its back yard. At OVB, you can choose to involve yourself with many activities such as low impact aerobics, Tai Chai, swimming, Pickle Ball, etc. or do nothing at all. You can enjoy the beautiful community garden whose flowers are actually planted & maintained by community members themselves or grab a book from the library to read on your private balcony. Lastly (or firstly), the décor of OVB is as it appears online; it's simply beautiful.

Beautifully decorated, spacious and well kept building and surroundings, pleasant staff and residents, fairly quiet building, convenient electric doors, lovely beach setting in spite of nearby traffic noise.

This is a smoking community, which is not advertised!!! I NEVER would have moved here if I had know residents can smoke on their balconies; when it is raining or cold, they smoke in their apartments especially early morning, when the office is closed and when the office closes!!!!

Best community around for a beach front retirement setting!

Beautiful surroundings, and excellent apartments with great decor and modern conveniences!

Overture Virginia Beach has ( but not now because of COVID) many different activities that get you out of your apartment and mingling with others with same interests. I enjoy getting to the craft room, sitting by the fireplace chatting with new friends, visiting the garden and taking in the beauty and serenity or swimming and enjoying the pool deck. You can choose to be as active as you want.

We have enjoyed our first 6 months here. All communications with Overture personnel have been very helpful and extremely polite. They are the cream of the crop as far as great employees are concerned. We are very impressed.

The Overture is a sterling apartment complex. The amenities are fabulous, and the entire staff incredible.

I have only moved in a couple of weeks ago so I can only share my initial experience with the application, move-in, work order requests - overall, it has been positive . The staff has been very helpful, professional and friendly . Work order requests are handled promptly and completed quickly . I would love to utilize the amenities once it is safe to do so-

Overture Virginia Beach is an ideal place to live. It is affordable, and a beautiful location, and a beautiful part of the country, and Virginia is a beautiful state. We are from New York State which we also love but this place is far better especially in the winter.

Love living here. Cannot wait until everything opens up so we can meet and socialize with our neighbors.

Overture Virginia Beach apts. are nicely located close to the beach. Overture senior mgt., however, leaves much to be desired. They seem much too busy with issues unrelated to their residents to take care of things that matter to their residents.

These apartments are designed beautifully & thoughtfully. The public areas are well appointed & maintained. It's too soon to critique the activities here since Covid_19 has had an impact; however, the beach is here & that's a plus!

We love our apt, it's super comfortable and just beautiful!

We love our apartment and we love getting to know the other residents. We also love being near the beach and taking long walks. Its not perfect but no place is. We hope to be here for a good while.

This is a wonderful community with first-class staff, great amenities and an extremely clean facility in a highly desirable location.
