No dishwashers no laundry here and absolutely no on-site manager nor maintained nobody to call in an emergency no security drug deals conducted daily plumbing backs up constantly mold everywhere

Horrible
Can't get anything fixed. Bathroom is leaking everywhere and the mold is growing. Dog poop and garbage is everywhere. Not to mention the plumbing problems.

HORRIBLE
This place should be on the news 24/7. Manager is lazy and hardly there. She has her teenage children working as maintenance workers. Way too much money for a horrible place where nothing gets done.

BAD PLACE TO LIVE
This place should be torn down. The manager on duty lives there but will not answer your calls even if they are on the weekend. No maintenance unless he comes from the property in Port Arthur. Save your money and pay more for a better place to live.
