The city of Orange is a fantastic example of what resident love about Southern California. With an equal balance of laidback SoCal character, plus all the charm of a small town, Orange has an appeal all its own.
The city’s Old Town District features numerous antique homes, many dating back over a century — this gives the area a sense of living history that is unique among communities in this region. The area surrounding Orange Plaza Square serves as the city’s downtown district, with an eclectic mix of boutique shops, specialty restaurants, and other small businesses in a walkable, open-air layout. Chapman University calls the area home, making it a perfect spot for a college apartment or first-time rental.
The Hilbert Museum of California Art is one of the city’s most popular cultural institutions, featuring paintings, sculptures, and other installations uniquely inspired by the Golden State.

Property Ratings at Orange Plaza
Orange Plaza is the only apartment complex I have no complaints about. We are located right across the street from Walmart, Trader Joes, Target and much more. Management is extremely friendly and responsive to all my needs/requests. They are also active in the community and make an effort to celebrate holidays and other things in small ways with their tenants. The community is very well kept, lawn keepers are here weekly. Our maintenance man is always finding things to fix, clean and maintain everything around the complex. He is also very quick to fix anything you need in your unit, almost little to no wait. All the neighbors are extremely friendly and courteous. Everyone looks out for one another. These are some of the most spacious units I've seen in Orange County for a great price. The units are clean, spacious and well insulated. In previous apartments I could hear every neighbor around me, in these apartments you cannot hear any of your surrounding neighbors. I recommend Orange Plaza to anyone single or with a family. It's truly a wonderful community!
[Location] Not so public, not too personal, just so great. Good schools and beautiful parks around. Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Target and various malls near by and it's walking distance. [Neighbors] Kind, thoughtful and pet friendly. [Safety]Neighbors watching and police patrols. What I like the most is a friendly walkway under plenty trees and flowers, communal swimming pool, and fantastic events by leasing office such as egg hunting, Christmas tree making, and maple tree.
This place is the best deal in OC. Best price for a very spacious unit with tons of storage and covered secure parking! Staff lives on site and is very responsive and friendly. Each unit gets its own garage with extra storage space. Walk in closets, lots of counter and cabinet space in the kitchen, hallway closet, linen closet in the bathroom. The complex is pet friendly, which is great! The complex is clean and totally bug-free (which is a BIG deal for me!). Lived here for almost 2 years and only moving due to work.
The apartments are great size, the management and maintenance crew are all nice/helpful, and the neighborhood is very family friendly!! I love being able to raise my family in such a wonderful place.
this is a really nice area to live in the units are beautiful very spacious I have gone to see them and I hope to be moving in soon
