I am advising that no one’s rents from this property because I am living here and every month my packages are stolen!!! They keep back door and front doors open for strangers ! A guy that does not live here is here every night in the lobby on his phone and early in the morning he as a chair where he sits in the front of the building!!! It’s such a shame because the people who works in the office does nothing about it ! Oh and if you miss you rent 5 days they put a late fee on it and every year they increase rent and don’t improve nothing in your apartment!!
It's horrible here . they do nothing and , charge for everything . you have to pay to park and , since I've been living here my car has been broken into SEVERAL times. My packages are stolen , I have to mail them to a family members house! they do not care , I'm told " we are not security". If you have another option TAKE IT !!!

I heard that they started to update the building before I moved in. My apartment was so nice and renovated, so I was really happy at first. Then after a couple of months roaches found there way in my kitchen. I didn’t bring them with me so they must already be in the building. I have seen mice in the hallway and even rats outside by the dumpster. I’m really disappointed bc it looks so nice from the outside but they have issues in here that they need to fix. They have an exterminator that comes by once a month but that’s not enough. Don’t want to live with bugs. I will probably move.
The are some pluses to this property, the apartments are very big and updated. It’s close enough to the train station and there’s a lot of stores are nearby. They also have parking in the back but the fee is a bit pricey. The negatives are that the property itself needs some maintenance. There are always issues with the elevator and washing machines aren’t always working. Roaches and mice seem to be an issue, so the building could benefit from a good extermination. For the rent price , they could offer more perks like nearby buildings. But other than that it’s a decent place to live, the street is quiet and seems safe.
