Property Ratings at Orange Tree Village
Maria and her team have really gone above and beyond here. There was a small mix up with the townhome we wanted and they made changes and moves just to accommodate us. They fully renovated our townhome and it looks beautiful! We had a couple things we need to be touched up and fixed and they made all the changes we needed quickly. This is truly becoming a home for us and that is mainly due to the warmth and service the staff here has provided. Thank you so much!
This place used to be great until new owners took over. They removed all the grass replaced with rocks. They don't take care of the landscape in private walk ways. They raised rates by over 150.00. You have pay a lot of fees to move in and when you move out they look for any reason to keep your deposit. They are remodeling the apartment and the residents will pay for the cost by raising your rent or keep your deposit. Also after the roof people came out my apartment had very strong mold smell. Find somewhere else to live.
You do not want to live here. This has been a beautiful place to live for 8 years. Green grass, green trees, lots of vegetation & shrubbery. Truly felt like home. The middle of March, a new company called Next Wave, bought the property. They let the grass die so they can put in all rock. The trees are dying from no water. The landscape is now ugly & looks like we live in the poor rundown section of town. Roofers & contractors are here making the entire complex one big safety violation & fore hazard. Children are playing on the construction lumber, paint, etc left out. There are nails & staples everywhere-In yards, parking lots, people are getting flat tires & you can bet the apts are not replacing these. Water & sewer were included in rent, now they are charging extra & raising rents. People are breaking their leases & leaving.
All the manager does is sit outside smoking and ignores phone calls. I leave voicemails and have talked directly to her about problems I've been having in my apartment, and they don't get tend to for weeks on end. The management seems incompetent and unorganized. I wouldn't recommend this place to a single soul. Which is why I'm glad to be leaving these disrespectful people.
This is by far the most impressive place I have lived at. The staff is perfect, the manager actually cares whether or not you have a problem and she quickly sends maintenance to fix the problem. The neighbors are all considerate. I love this place!
