Property Ratings at Orangewood Apartments
this is a very nice apartments and feels cozy to live in. the best part about living here is that it is a very quiet place and the neighbors are very friendly. they are building a VA hospital right next door but noise has been rescan ably fair during constructions. I love most about this place is that the rent is cheap and it is a month to month with no contract. worst part about the apartment is that the 2 rooms are both master bedroom so the only restrooms are in the rooms. so if you have a guest they have to go to a room to use it. the part nets are older but they did a nice job or upgrading.
The Orangewood apartments are older but well maintained. Being a disabled veteran I am unable to afford a better apartment. Loma Linda is a high rent area. My One bedroom apartment began as a reasonable rent but as a Va. Hospital next to this property nears completion. My rent has been slowly increasing. If it is raised much more I will have to move, which will be an extreme financial hardship for me. I am under the care of the Loma Linda Va. So where I am living allows me the medical care I need. the other apartment complexes in Loma Linda have rental rates almost as high as apartments Near the coast. Loma Linda is over 60 miles inland from the coast in the Inland Empire near Riverside Ca.
Orangewood Apartments are older one bedroom apts. but are well maintained. I am a disabled veteran receiving care from the Loma Linda Veteran's Hospital. The orangewood Apts. are next to a new VA Hospital being built. My Apartment was reasonable when I moved in, but since the new hospital broke ground my rent has slowly been raised every year. I am living on disability and the other Complexes in Loma Linda have rental rates almost as high as pacific coast rates and Loma Linda is between Riverside and San Bernardino Ca.
