Do not move here
Filled with mold, not maintained, dirty, and there have been shootouts in the parking lot. The place is managed by a team that neglects any issues and just tries to extort as much money from their tenants as possible.

Look at other places
I’ve lived in my apartment at Orchard Farms for almost a year and I don’t suggest it. There constantly is either broken glass, nails, and/or needles by the dumpsters and the kids of some of the residents have damaged cars and one even rode his bike into my car while it was parked with me in it. The play area for the kids is also always half broken because the kids that live in another building are always breaking stuff. I walked down the stairs to go to work one day and found what looked like a bag of either heroin or cocaine on the ground. I’ve had to call maintenance multiple times since I moved in for issues that shouldn’t have even happened if the apartment had been fixed when it needed it. Management is nice though. I definitely won’t be renewing my lease

I talked to the owner of the apartment he took my money and gave me and eviction notice told me not to go to court he will take care of it.

Orchard farm Apts needs to be maintained
these are convenient location . nice ambiance but the management does not maintain the property.
