I love it here!!!! It is quiet and comfortable. I have not experienced any issues personally since I have lived here. My packages get delivered and I receive them. If I leave my car unlocked everything is still in place when I return. There are kids who are polite and dogs that don’t bite. Just an overall great community.

Not to thrilled about the move here! Wish I would have done more research! I have only lived here since October 21 and have had issues where water is leaking from the upstairs apartment on several occasions. Overcharge in rent based off the lease agreement and what they had in the system. Random service fees added on my rent. Office staff seems to mot take the concerns seriously, and communication lags!

Office staff rarely answers the phone - leave a message and hope to get a call back. Apartments and staff are not sensitive to needs of disabled. Loud neighbors without any direction or assistance from office. Maintenance responds timely and does a pretty good job.

So far so good. I'm pleased with my choice to move here. It's quite and pretty outside. The only problem I've come across is the amount of dog poop outside. I also have a dog and know it's not due to orchard hills. We as tenants need to do better. Overall I'm happy here.

I love this community it is friendly. I like sitting on my balcony and watch my neighbors walking their dogs. I also like how the building is quiet. Neighbors seem nice. i have already referred some friends to come here when their lease is up.

The staff is super nice and helpful. I appreciate that they are open on the weekend otherwise I would never be able to go in. A few people have their dogs off leash and it doesn’t seem to be in-forced. A lot of spider and bugs in unit. Property is well kept.

Beautiful apartments with a great amount of space. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath with my mother and it's so cozy. It is a bit older and the apartment came with tiny problems but everything else makes up for it. The sound between apartments is pretty nice, the walls aren't paper thin or anything. Service is fast and it's nice to walk around here! It's also not clogged by traffic and is easy to get in and out of.

There's been a lot of improvements some things I still need Improvement but I like the way things are going so far. The communication is definitely getting a lot better but some of the apartments in the back get neglected a bit just a few things that can still use some work but overall a very great and quiet and peaceful experience

Move-in was super easy and I love the pool! We did have a couple of issues at first but they were all fixed! My husband and I really enjoy the space! It also happens to be 4mins away from my job so the location is just perfect!

The leasing office is very nice but they seemed unprepared and made things more difficult than they needed to be. Also our apartment is crumbling. the floor under the kitchen vinyl is concrete and all falling apart. there is water damage all around the base of the cabinets and it looks like the stove had caught on fire at some point

Had some hiccups here and there. When we got there, we had to inquire about getting vinyl flooring that was listed in the apartment description. It had to be installed and redone after we moved in. Unless EXPLICITLY LISTED in the apartment description for the application, there are ONLY hookups for the washer and dryer. You have to provide the washer and dryer yourself or pay extra to have them put in. There is only 1 trash compactor for the entire community. Be prepared for driving your trash to it and having it filled up. There is plenty of parking and the location is convenient to the rest of Jeffersonville.

Quiet and out of the way, it’s nice here! I’m a shut in but it’s still nice enough to open the window or sit on the porch. The apartment itself is great and the services offered are well done and clean even if the apartments are on the older side with little things to show its age. Very cozy place.
