Orchard Hills Apartments

It's very affordable and peaceful. My neighbors are very friendly. The grounds are kept clean. The trash bins are kept up. Maintenance comes when you request service.

I have been living here going on 3 years. I still enjoy it, great little community & wonderful staff. The ONLY thing I do not like; which has gotten worse throughout the years, is that not many people pick up their dogs mess. Not just in the grass, it tends to be on the sidewalk more as well. If people cleaned the mess up more, I’d give a 5 star rating as I normally do

My resident experience has been great. I have more than enough space for everything I need. The kitchen has a nice sized counter for everything to fit comfortably without feeling crammed.

The only complaint I have is my noisy neighbor upstairs moving furniture at 2:00 am. The office and maintenance is great. My apartment is nice and spacious

Hannah made my move in process amazing! Everyone in the office is very prompt and very quick to respond if you need anything. They always answer emails and phone calls! The complex is very clean and my neighbors are awesome!

Moved in November 2024 and have enjoyed my apartment everyday. Looking forward to see what it’s like living here in the spring and summer. Thank you

The staff was so friendly and well prepared they made my move very pleasant. Even when i had to change my move in date they understood and made my transition smooth.

We’ve enjoyed our residency here at Orchard Hills. The staff is pleasant and caring, maintenance is prompt and thorough. Other than noisy neighbors above us, we’re pretty pleased to be here.

We love this complex!! It is so quiet at night and everyone is very friendly. Maintenance is also super quick to fix a request. The amenities are great and it’s super safe!

Great community and area! close to a bunch of businesses on tenth street but, also only a 20 minute drive from Charlestown State park for a nice outside adventure. For what you pay the interior of the apartments are quite nice as well. They have been updating the insides also! overall i have loved living here!

I write a review each time I’m able to. To share how awesome it has been living here for nearly 3 years. Although some of the staff has changed overtime & I miss those individuals, the newer staff is just as great. Community wonderful to live in

It's clean and quiet, the neighbors are very friendly. No one takes your packages when they are left at your door. There's a gym and swimming pool.

Living here, it’s always something. Whether it’s something going on outside or something in my apartment messing up. Have had so many issues with the staff and maintenance

Hannah has been more than helpful. She’s been so easy to help get things taken care of, she answers super fast, she answers anything and everything! My move in process has been super easy.

Maintenance are nice and helpful, office staff, not so much.. snow removal is non existent. Definitely would not recommend living here if your a first responder & it's winter.

It’s a “4”. That’s all. My apartment is cute but I have the loudest neighbors. They did help with some loud pups but throw that they’re quiet I can very clearly hear my upstairs neighbors music every night - sometimes very late. Some of the staff arm’t terribly helpful and even have a bit of an attitude when you try to express your point-of-view.

Fast and efficient maintenance when needed, office staff was very attentive to my needs and answering any all questions that I had. Nice neighborhood as well

Lived here for less than a year it is definitely an upgrade from my previous apartment. The community is very clean and quiet! No complaints

I love the fact that it's quiet and my packages are still at my door, no one steal them. My neighbors are friendly. They are updating the apartments.

Too much noise from neighbors and dog poop everywhere. Great apartment but the atmosphere is not worth the money. Not much is done about the excessive disturbances that happen all the time

I love it here!!!! It is quiet and comfortable. I have not experienced any issues personally since I have lived here. My packages get delivered and I receive them. If I leave my car unlocked everything is still in place when I return. There are kids who are polite and dogs that don’t bite. Just an overall great community.

Not to thrilled about the move here! Wish I would have done more research! I have only lived here since October 21 and have had issues where water is leaking from the upstairs apartment on several occasions. Overcharge in rent based off the lease agreement and what they had in the system. Random service fees added on my rent. Office staff seems to mot take the concerns seriously, and communication lags!

I love my new home. I love the apartment and I love this place. The apartments are cozy and spacious inside, excellent distribution of space and also the attention of the girls in the office was wonderful. The girls are lovely. Thanks

Office staff rarely answers the phone - leave a message and hope to get a call back. Apartments and staff are not sensitive to needs of disabled. Loud neighbors without any direction or assistance from office. Maintenance responds timely and does a pretty good job.

We are very happy here. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issue we have had. The office team has been very helpful and friendly. All love having a great gym and pool.

Overall my experience has been nice. The neighborhood and surrounding area is a great area to be in. Staff are friendly. maintenance moves fairly quick. overall, nice place to live.

Super friendly, and very welcoming. We were helped every step of the way, and they made us feel like we were a priority! Highly satisfied! After seeing the unit, we were even more in love! 10/10 recommend!

Just moved in couple of hours ago. But can I say this was probably the smoothest move in I’ve had. The staff were great so far and the place was amazing upon move in.

So far so good. I'm pleased with my choice to move here. It's quite and pretty outside. The only problem I've come across is the amount of dog poop outside. I also have a dog and know it's not due to orchard hills. We as tenants need to do better. Overall I'm happy here.

I’ve lived in orchard hills for 6 years now. It has the best community around. Really nice complex and a really great location. It feels like its own little neighborhood.

I love the fact my building is guite and even when your not there your packages are still in front of your door when you get home. Everyone is also friendly.

This is my first place in years that i could come and go and enjoy life. It's nice and quiet. I've met a few neighbors and they've been really friendly. I enjoy living here.

Poor communication from management and office staff, long wait for maintenance response, kitchen drawers full of junk when moved in, seems very unprofessional

It has been wonderful living I this community. It is very quiet and well kept. The leasing specialist was great to work with. The pool and work out facility are very nice.

Its fine. Not the best not the worst. Obvious that management cares more about money than the renters but I am sure that is how it is everywhere.

I love this community it is friendly. I like sitting on my balcony and watch my neighbors walking their dogs. I also like how the building is quiet. Neighbors seem nice. i have already referred some friends to come here when their lease is up.

First day of move in I met a few people that welcomed me in open arms. My first night was really peaceful and quiet. Well maintained place and it felt like home first day.

The staff is super nice and helpful. I appreciate that they are open on the weekend otherwise I would never be able to go in. A few people have their dogs off leash and it doesn’t seem to be in-forced. A lot of spider and bugs in unit. Property is well kept.

Love Orchard Hills to the max. The office staff is very helpful and so pleasant to deal with. The maintenance men are very nice. They go above and beyond what they have to. They get to your maintenance request very quickly! The maintenance guy that works for our building is very quick to respond . And the work he does is always done fantastic. Thanks Scott.

Overall, a very nice place to live. It would be better if all residents were respectful and mindful of others, and make effort to keep noise to a minimum.

Nearly 2 years of living in this community and absolutely love it. The entire community is friendly and safe. The office staff is always friendly and the maintenance crew is by far the best!

Gorgeous place and nice people!! Love my new home! So glad we went with these apartments, Absolutely love this place. So happy to be home!! Love that we can have our pets here, and they have a doggy park!!

I really love the community. We love using the fitness center and pool. Just a little frustrated with the fact that it’s taking maintenance quite a while to get to our work order.

All is going ok, noisy. Nice interior hard wood floors. Besides leaving the apartment in not 100% before renting it out to new people the place is pretty nice.

Beautiful apartments with a great amount of space. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath with my mother and it's so cozy. It is a bit older and the apartment came with tiny problems but everything else makes up for it. The sound between apartments is pretty nice, the walls aren't paper thin or anything. Service is fast and it's nice to walk around here! It's also not clogged by traffic and is easy to get in and out of.

We enjoy living here. Our neighbors are a bit loud but it doesn’t bother us. We enjoy walking our dog around the neighborhood and our work place is not far.
