I love living here patience communication cleanliness it a excellent place to live

I love my apartment. The staff and my neighbors are very nice. That being said, however, the common areas outside are disgusting. They're covered in garbage. Also, the area around the dumpsters had garbage everywhere. If this continues, you're going to have a major rodent problem.

It is not a good time to move here because they are still trying to find a system or figure some things out. I've seen a lot of good staff come and go and it's so sad. We have a shortage of maintenance which results in work orders being delayed. Help us the residents to keep our community safe, clean and comfortable.

I love the location and the number of apartments Orchard Place provides. This is the only community in Greece that provides 4 bedrooms and the size of the units are pretty decent. I've lived here for 13 years and can't see myself moving unless it were to transition myself to the next step which would be home ownership. I'm satisfied we're I live.

Nice country setting, beautiful cherry blossom ?? trees here in spring!? reasonable rent...

As a community things seem to be well. Common areas could be cleaner. Over all good location with responsive service

Orchard place apartment is good in certain things. Cheaper than a lot of other apartments. In such a beautiful location. Close to Walmart, wegmans, restaurants and fast foods. Everything is basically within 2 miles radius. The layout of the apartment is also awesome.

Worst place ever to live. Trashy neighbors, maintenance is absolutely horrible. They enter ur house without permission, they even come into your home when there are children under the age of 18 with no parent home and they think it’s ok. They never fix anything they’re suppose to and when they do, they do a horrible messy job. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

When I moved here in 2018, it was great. The complex was sold to a new owner a couple years ago and it’s been horrible ever since

Overall Orchard Place Apartments is a decent place to live. Lower rent and/or all utilities included would be awesome.

Don't move here!!! They take forever for any maintenance repairs. The property is always covered in trash.

This is by far the worst community anyone can live in. From crime to filth and office staff with their millions of excuses as to why cameras dont work and being short staffed you will never feel comfortable here.

The management has been improving so much in terms of maintenance and response. I have been over 2 years in Orchard place apartment, I see the staff members very friendly.

This was the best affordable property I could find in Greece. The school district is great and there is a park across the street for my kids to play in. I highly recommend the property.

The staff is absolutely wonderful especially when I call and they know me by name dont know if thats an honor or I call too much lol

It is quiet its clean maintenance is great office people is great And I feel great living here

I love how my place is, especially because of the very reasonable pricing! However as of lately some new residents are not being respectful to others. Almost every day there's a bunch of kids who don't even live in the building hanging out in the halls, throwing their garbage all over the place making a huge mess and even making holes in the walls and pulling the fire alarm.

Having good maintenance and regular inspections teach tenants to take pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of their individual unit. Orchard Place current practices allows me to stay put.

I enjoy the park like setting and the nature(birds, chipmunks, trees etc.) in the community.

OP apartments are better than I expected. My son and I are very happy in our new home.

I've lived here for over 15 years and never had any problems with neighbors and management and would recommend living here

I just moved into the community, from a welcoming front office staff to an officiant maintenance staff i applaud the communication and dedication to the residents.

The grounds are kept up very well! In spite of the young youths here littering all over! Management has great people in the office! Always courteous and professional! And if there's ever a issue the are willing to listen and assist with a solution with guidelines! During the fall the foliage here is beautiful! And I love our seasons!

The heat only heats up the upstairs and the downstairs stays freezing in the winter, while yet the upstairs is really hot , they need to fix and design the heating system much better that way it heats up the whole house. If staff sees a window open while your heat is on they will give you a heat violation, people are cold downstairs and they won’t turn the heat down or off because it is freezing down there, so other people open there bedroom window to get air cause it’s so hot... for people that like to be hot the thermostat only goes to 74% and is controlled by the staff!

We live at 817 Affinity and we never had any problem been a whole year and it’s amazing quiet clean and a great community that offers and does a lot for everyone

I am a resident I live in 1314 I would like to say that It's a great place to on live.From staff to maintenance I would recommend to anyone who applies they would like living here.I h have been here for 5 years and love it

This place is just the right size for me. Good size living room and bedroom. Plenty of closet space. Kitchen is just the right size for me. My only complaint is there is no pool in the complex.

when its cold during the winter crank up the heat...by the way its included in the rent

I've been living in these apartments for at least 5 years now and in the beginning its been a pleasure quiet everyone as far as neighbors is friendly great schools systems and that's why I pick this place but after 3 years of living in these apartments I would sadly say this apartment is not a good choice ive been dealing with issues as far as things being broke and requested to get fix and all you get is attitude on fixing what needs to be fix.. You are restricted from having so many things for kids as far as little swimming pools there is a park that barely has nothing for kids to do . so far its been a nightmare I guess this place would be good for people without kids but if you do have kids I repeat please do no consider this place
