If you're moving in from out of state, this is the place you want to be! Saying 'Friendly staff' is a massive understatement!

An initial tour was amazing. When we came here for the first time, Abel (lease manager) was distracted by something urgent, but he didn't forget about us and paid a lot of attention to us (even though he was busy), so it was a pleasure to wait for 5-10 minutes for him. All the apartments on the tour were clean and Abel himself answered all of the questions. When I was calling him later on with follow up questions, he answered all of them too. Management and apartments floor plan made our choice pretty simple and we ended up renting here. Abel supported us during the whole process and he does it now too. We're happy to stay in Ore82!

I've lived in 3 other buildings in the Navy Yard and Ore 82 is by far the best of them

Finally, an apartment that considers move-in and move-out! After a long drive from Austin to DC, the last thing we wanted to do was walk down long hallways or wait for elevators. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us situated with carts and parking in the loading dock. Everyone is so nice and has already learned our names. Great start, looking forward to amazing years ahead.

So far, my experience at Ore 82 has been great.The building is situated in a quiet area but is also extremely close to anything you might need on a daily basis (grocery, pharmacy, restaurants/ coffee, parks, etc.). The staff is friendly and always ready and available to help, and since this isn't a very big building, I don't feel as though any of my concerns would be overlooked. The price for the apartment layout is hard to beat: pretty much all of the units have bedrooms with large windows, while many other buildings in DC stick their bedrooms in the interior of the apartment and charge a higher rent than Ore does. Finally, even though many residents have dogs, I haven't once heard any barking. The soundproofing in this building seems to be very good.

The concierge staff is very friendly. Community is nice. Rent is expensive but that’s DC. Manager and staff are very nice.

A great building that is comfortable to live in for multiple years.

I really enjoy living at Ore 82! It is a lovely building—I love spending time on the roof deck by the pool with kind staff and a fantastic maintenance team.

Beautiful clean building in a great location. Unfortunately living off of that. Actual management needs adult supervision. Great event nites for example (flower shops, wine nites, cable company) but a simple thing like email blast reminders are sent out repeatedly DURING the event. Cant same automated be blast go out 24 hours prior? Does a pool without a lifeguard HAVE TO open on Memorial Day? My last two buildings opened when it was warm and closed when it got cold. Can see if its a labor shortage due to lack if guards but again, there is no guard. These are easy wins

Ore 82 has the best building management and staff in all of Navy Yard, plus high quality units and amenities, competitive rental rates, and a very convenient location. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for housing in the area!

I've been in Ore82 almost since it opened and it has, by far, the best management, maintenance, and concierge team in the Navy Yard. I highly recommend it.

Ore 82 offers wonderful apartments with quality amenities and friendly staff members.

Leasing agent (on Saturday 23 JAN at 12pm) did not dignify herself to inform us that our scheduled appointment to view an apartment was canceled. Extremely unprofessional and rude. She showed zero leadership by sending the concierge to inform us, despite us being able to see her from her aquarium-like office. If Ore 82's leasing agents are just props for no customer service, I believe she did us a favor and Ore 82's parent company a disservice.

We are new residents at Ore 82 and love it so far. The front desk staff and maintenance team are wonderful. They are always helpful and so friendly!

Absolutely love the location of Ore 82! Perfect for wanting access to Capitol Hill but also the attractions of Navy Yard and the waterfront areas. Concierge and leasing office staff are always super helpful.

The experience my husband and I have had since moving into the building has exceeded our expectations. All staff are warm and polite, the building is kept immaculately clean, and our neighbors have been extremely courteous. So far, we have had a positive experience as residents of this building.

Ore 82 is a wonderful place to live. The staff is friendly, responsive and makes us feel at home. The gym and rooftop are especially nice - clean and never too crowded. The coffee shop downstairs is amazing and so convenient. We truly love living here.

The leasing process and move-in process was unbelievably easy thanks to the great staff! The rents are reasonable for the area and the only downside is the waitlist for a parking spot. I've failed to find many other 24 hour parking solutions in the area, which is unfortunate. The apartment itself has great finishes and the bathroom in my 1bd/1br is huge and modern! The appliances and the washer/dryer are top of the line. The amenities are amazing with a great rooftop pool, big gym with multiple TVs, and great rooftop club room. The people living here have been super nice so far and the area is great with lots of activities and neighborhood restaurants/coffee shops, etc. I've lived in several DC apartments and few live up to their marketing materials, but ORE 82 does!

Love the high quality finishes, kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer. Great cell phone reception unlike other places in Navy Yard too! The move-in process could not have been easier and the front-desk staff was beyond helpful. Thank you so much!

Love living in Ore 82 so far! The leasing process was really efficient and easy, especially since I had to do everything virtually from another city. The leasing office provided pictures of the unit which helped finalize my decision. Staff are very friendly and always around to help. Very clean spaces and the amenities are great.
