The office staff and maintenance crew are top notch. Best place I've lived in, hands down. This location runs the smoothest operating managing office and has the cleanest facility along with the most responsive and competent maintenance staff in the city. I cannot say enough about this team, they are simply a pleasure, and makes living here a truly peaceful experience.
Had a tour with Chandra and was so impressed with this property. It was very clean and everyone was incredibly kind. Chandra walked us through multiple floor plans to help us find what would best meet our needs and she took her time to answer all of our questions!

I had an amazing experience today. I didnt have an appointment and just wandered in, Chandra wasted no time greeting me and helping me with anything I needed. Offering water and being very courteous. She then broke down everything to me and showed me every amenity and the layout of the floor plan I wanted. She was really just amazing. She even let me play music to demonstrate how it would sound in my apartment. The apartments themselves are absolutely stunning. I was at a loss for words while going through the tour, because growing up I never seen anything like that. 10/10 recommend!

The Origin at Frisco Bridges are beautiful apartments. The office staff & Miss.Shandra are all very helpful. Shandra is very informative and enthusiastic. The customer service is excellent. They have a beautiful pool & the apartments are at a great location.

Great apartment complex and close to both DNT and the Sam Rayburn tollways making commuting easier . The building and grounds are well taken care of. I especially like the outdoor grills in the common areas that are well maintained. Bethany and her staff are always friendly.

Origin was such a beautiful community to live in! The floor to ceiling windows and huge island were to die for. The staff (shoutout Bethany and Shandra!) were so wonderful and helpful and made everything so easy. The main fence staff is top notch. They would handle each request faster than any other complex I’ve lived in, and afterwards the staff would call to make sure everything was done to your liking. Loved living here, and would recommend it to anyone looking.

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! Probably the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Since day 1, Bethany goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going well. The leasing is always organizing cute activities to bring together the residents and build a sense of community. Maintenance is amazing as well, Carlos always takes care of things in a very timely manner. Lastly, they are super dog friendly! There is a private lil park for dogs which is nice to let them loose but there is a really nice park right accross from the apartments. Highly recommend living here!

I’ve lived here two separate times because I love it so much ?? Across the street from a park and beautiful apartments. Everybody in the leasing office is great especially Chandra and Jorge is awesome with maintenance requests and he’s such a nice guy.
This is the best apartment complex we have ever lived at. I lived here with my wife for two years. We moved out because we bought a house recently. The staff treats you like family, the tenants are great, and we even like the area. I can’t recommend Origin enough!!!!!!
I have been a resident for 6 years and loved it here. I am only moving due to a growing family. This was one of the best complex I have lived in. Anytime I had a maintenance request, they were quickly resolved and the team was very helpful and efficient. The complex grounds were always clean and presentable. The staff is always friendly and willing to take care of all your needs and requests. The best part about this complex is Patti the manager. She is very helpful and very welcoming, always taking care of her tenants! She has been there since I moved in and is still there on my move out day 6 years later. You don’t find that very often that the same manager is at the same community for a long time. Being a long term tenant, the move out process was very smooth and they took care of me very well. This complex community was the best complex I could have found coming from out of state. Location is amazing and I would recommend to anyone!
Processing our lease application was not the "normal" way because our documents were abroad and my husband, the co-signer, was abroad, too. But the staff at Origin made everything easy and effortless for us. The move-in date fell on a holiday, yet Origin made sure someone will be here to turn over the keys, and available if needed. They also have a loading "dock" when you move in so your stuff is not in everyone's view on the street. This is our first time in Texas and we find the location very convenient. Shopping centers are minutes away. Eateries we walked to a few times (11-15 minutes). Very convenient for our guests coming to town because hotels are literally next door. Not that far from the airport, either. Now for the unit itself. It is very clean, designed with practicality in mind. I love that there are lots of closets, drawers and a storage. The hallways, windows, doors, are constantly cleaned. In fact, today, I saw a worker wiping clean the trash lids! There is a valet trash that picks up your trash 5 nights a week. As for parking, our guests never had to worry where to park. As for the residents, parking is covered and in the SAME building as your unit. This means you can go to your car without having to leave the building. The top two things I love about this place are the SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE. We do not worry about our unit when we travel. I requested for couple maintenance issues and they were addressed promptly. There is a follow up call, too, to check if the issue has been solved. Glad my daughter suggested this place or I would have not discovered it.
I am so excited to move to Texas and feel I found the perfect place to start my new adventure. The property was one of best I looked at and the staff has been so helpful and welcoming. Just know I am going to love it here.

After touring several apartment complexes in the Plano/Frisco area this was a clear standout. Ellen was super helpful in showing me around the place and gave me a great tour of the complex and all of its modern amenities. I fell in love with the place instantly and am moving in very soon!
The staff at The Origin has been incredible. Very efficient and fun to work with. Needed to make a quick move from East TX as I accepted a new job and they made what could’ve been a very chaotic move a easy transition. I could see myself happily staying here for a long time. The apartment and location is beautiful!

I have lived here at Origins since March 2021 and I have been 100% satisfied with everything this place has to offer. The amenities are top tier, the community is full of friendly neighbors and the staff is hands down, some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with (Bethanie, Chandra, Ellen). The Manger and Asst Manger Patti and Taylor are awesome! They made me fill at home before I even signed the lease. They are welcoming and kind in every aspect. The Maintenance team has been so kind and friendly, and you could not ask for a better maintenance team. They are always smiling and will stop to answer a question and have a friendly conversation. The building is always CLEAN. The pools(yes two of them) are always quiet and did I mention Clean! The courtyard as rocking chairs and is quiet and did I mention Clean! Come see it for yourself if you are considering this community to call home, I could not recommend it more! I do not like writing reviews to on my secret places, but this community is a true gem. My dad lives here and his apartment is so pretty , the pool is excellent and the leasing office staff are so friendly. Love these apartments!
Great location and staff is helpful too. Bethani, Taylor, Allen and literally everyone is very approachable most of the time. I just moved here couple of weeks back and so far whatever we have experienced, there is nothing to complain about. Maintenance seems to be mostly on time as well. Nice amenities, neat, clean and a very secured apartment complex.
Moving from CA after spending nearly a decade was hard for me and must say the ambience, finishing, neatness and the service of Origin really helped me to keep going and getting used to my move. Would not have been possible if had not opted for Origin as my home. It's been nearly 2 years with Origin and have visited so many houses and apartments of my friends around and still without a doubt feel I stay at the best place and everything always seems so new. Recommended any day ! Thanks to the awesome staff for always being there .
Have lived in the Frisco bridges section for 2+ years now, and very happy to now call Origin my home! Compared to the apartments around, origin is the best quality I’ve seen. The hallways are temperature controlled (way better for electricity bill) and I frequently see workers cleaning the hallways, stairwells and parking garage. Bethani made the whole process easy for us, from finding us a great unit and making sure she was communicative through the whole process. So far, we are very happy here! Accessibility to highways, restaurants and shops are a plus. Wish I would’ve moved to this complex sooner.
I've been a resident of Origin at Frisco Bridges for two year and am currently in the process of transferring to a two bedroom unit. This apartment complex is amazing! When I first knew my lease was due for renewal I looked at some other complexes in the area trying to decide whether to stay or move. I discovered that no other property comes close to the quality service I've received here since I first moved in. The staff here treats everyone like family. Chandra, Taylor, Patti, and Bethany come to mind for their friendliness and professionalism, but everyone here is wonderful so if I left any names off it was not intentional. This property is exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed and centrally located. I recommend it highly if you are looking for a new home. I am so happy I decided to "stay home".

Very nice apartments in an ideal location (close to a mall, dining, etc.). I have lived here for three years and would highly recommend this property. The management at this location is not only extremely professional, but also very friendly! The community is well maintained in all areas under the responsibility of the management/maintenance staff. Any time maintenance has been needed, it is always completed expeditiously with a follow-up from the office to ensure that the work is completed to the satisfaction of the resident. Great amenities including two large pools, outdoor sitting areas with TVs, dog park, gated parking garage and interior walkways. Overall, would rate this community at a 5/5!
I have been a resident of the Origin at Frisco Bridges Apartments for two years, and I highly recommend Origin as a homeplace. These are first class apartments. Patti (Manager), and her team, Chandra and Taylor, are truly wonderful in all respects...professional, caring, and friendly. Also, the maintenance engineers, Moises and Rigo, are exceptional. They go above and beyond to assure that the Origin Apartments operate at the highest levels. Origin at Frisco Bridges is a great place to be.
My three years living at Origin with my daughter was fantastic. We were very happy and comfortable there. The staff was always helpful and a joy to be around. The maintenance crew was always available and quick to come fix any problems. As mentioned in other posts, the fire alarms in the first year was frequent and annoying however, during my last year, the fire alarm incidents had significantly decreased. Overall, it is an amazing apartment with a great management team and maintenance crew. I will miss living there and everyone over there.
I've been living here for almost 6 months and since day 1 every one on the staff has been very helpful and kind to me and my family. Always trying to help!... Thanks to Paty, Chandra, Brandon and Taylor. The location is awesome, It is notable for its modern, fashionable facilities, as well as for the comfort of its apartments. I would rate with 10 stars if possible.

Just moved to Texas from Arkansas and was looking for a new place around Frisco, TX. I called a few properties and went on tours. I'm very indecisive and Ellen sold me on the property. She took the time to show me the units I was interested in and all the new technology the Origins has to offer. I honestly don't think any apartments can beat the anesthetics of the Origins and their great staff! Very pleased.
I'VE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR A YEAR AND MOISES IS THE REASON. HE genuinely cares about the tenants and he will go out of his way to help fix any problem in your apartment. Management staff is okay but if you want things done, call MOISES. We had a horrible experience with the maintenance men at our last apartment and to come from that to excellence is so awesome. HE EVEN COMES ON SUNDAYS!! THANKS MOISES!! I WILL ASK HIM IF YOU GUYS REWARDED HIM FOR BEING AMAZING! HOPE THE ANSWER IS YES!!
PROS: Great Location, lovely apartment layout. Staff and Maintenance overall very professional and responsive. CONS: FIRE ALARMS at all times of the day. 7AM 9AM 5PM that go off for at least 30 minutes. This is Not ideal for people who work from home. Imagine if you had an important meeting or work phone call and these alarms went off. Not to talk about infants. WELL, it happens often enough to disrupt quality of life. I don't think management has done a good job getting down to the bottom of why these alarms go off so frequent. We've yet to get an explanation. They ring loudly so often that most people do not evacuate the building when they do go off. This scares me. If they fix this and the SECURITY problems that have occurred especially with cars inside the garages then I would give this complex 4.5 stars.

She's extremely accommodating and every one I've dealt with is so friendly, always ready to help. I couldn't image living any where else! Origin is amazingly beautiful and I know my family is in a safe place. I would refer anyone looking for a nice clean and friendly environment to visit Origin and ask for Patti!

Trying to find a place to live can be extremely stressful, they took that stress away and made me feel confident in Origin at Frisco Bridges. The Origins is a great place to live!! The entire staff here is extremely friendly and helpful! They always have smiles on their faces and get to know all of their residents. They are customer service oriented and really put the residents first. The apartment units are all very modern, clean, and comfortable. There are a variety of floor plans and great views to choose from. The Origins is very dog friendly which is great for pet owners. I have lived here for over a year and am still so happy in my apartment. The complex has a community feel and everyone looks out for one another. I would highly recommend the Origins if you are looking to live in the Frisco area!
Origin is a beautiful place! Love all the gorgeous amenities, and our apartment is very modern. The staff is great too! Everyone in the office is always very helpful, and the maintenance men are so nice! Very happy here!

I have been looking for a complex in the Frisco area, since I switched jobs. I`ve been looking at other complexes near Origin and I've got to say that Origin is by far the best complex I have been too. They are so professional and very friendly. They offer so much more than other complexes around the Frisco area.
This Property is very welcoming and has a lot to offer. The Fact they have a Dog station and park really is interesting to me. They have a wonderful staff and property manager who both greeted me upon my arrival into the leasing office! The unit are very modern, have really nice stainless steal appliances and updated features (like granite and wood floors) I would recommend this property to anyone needing a home.
This property is like nothing I have ever seen! Beautiful, nice staff, and a great Manager! Very friendly attitudes and an all ready home feeling to the complex! The leasing agents are honestly so detailed orient about the complex and what it has to offer, they had an answer to every question we had! The floor plans are really well put together, and the fact we can choose are own paint color for our walls and they'll have it painted before you move in l is really an awesome thing they offer. I met the Property manager and she was so friendly and understanding about our wants and needs for our apartment! The experience at Origin is outstanding. The other complexs around were not as understanding nor were they as educated about their properties.
