The staff ( especially Melissa) is great ! Any times I have any concerns of questions she helps me right away which to me makes the experience of living here much better . The community is quiet and friendly so far as well and the maintenance team is very nice as well (Chewy is another awesome team member of the Orion 59 staff )

I am extremely disappointed with this apartment complex's lack of attention to our basic needs. I've been living here for over 3 years, and the laundry machines are constantly malfunctioning. Despite numerous complaints over the years, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. It's frustrating to pay rent for a place that can't even provide a working laundry facility after such a long time. I would strongly advise against renting here if you value clean clothes and responsive management.

Searched many properties in the surrounding Naperville area and kept returning to Orion 59. The information on the website was clear and easy to navigate. Reaching out to the Management team via phone was always pleasant and they always answered the phone which was a huge factor in choosing Orion 59, in addition to amenities/price, vs other apartment communities. I am currently living at Orion 59 and have lived here now for 6 months. There are many apartments communities in this area but I chose Orion 59 to be my home because of the excellent location and good reviews. I was moving from out of state so I was not able to tour the apartment prior to renting. The community is safe , has good lighting and is quiet at night. Other tenants are friendly and there is no loud drama here. All apartments are updated after each tenant. Mine had new carpet and was very clean. Very pleased. Also the legend of chewy is true. Excellent maintenance team and the front office are very professional and always there to answer my questions.

Orion is a safe environment. Maintenance and office staff are friendly. Cigarette butts being thrown on the grass in front of my balcony from upstairs and the door lock are my biggest concerns so that is a blessing.

While living here, the grounds have been kept clean. Apartment maintenance requests are met in a timely manner. Staff have been courteous. During the winter the grounds are cleared and salted and the amenities such as the grilling area and the fitness room are pluses.

We looked at so many apartments with not so great leasing agents, moving from out of made it harder to tour, we called and talked to Chris and he made the move and lease process a million times easier. I cant say enough about how much I love it here. I fell like I live in a resort, the pool is the cleanest pool Ive ever seen, and I live in the pool when Im not working. The office staff and maintenance are awesome and always willing to listen and willing to fix any issues we have as a resident.

I love living here in my apartment. It is so beautiful here. The location is great and the neighbors are nice. Chris, Jessica, Joyce and Chuy are always great. This is a great place to live. I am only here temporarily, but if I ever needed to come back, I would look here first. The office staff are excellent and the maintenance team is first rate. My few maintenance issues have been fixed promptly and are always done right the first time. Thank you very much!!

Orion 59 is a great community to reside in. The apartments are well maintained and the buildings are very clean. The grounds are wonderfully kept up to the upscale standards that Orion is known for.

Orion 59 is a wonderful place to live with your family! My little dog Zeus, loves the dog park as well as all the walking paths. The apartment is updated and spacious with modern features. The staff and management are super friendly and very helpful. Its a safe, beautiful place to live

Very happy here!
I've lived here for a couple years now, and staff here makes the office a very positive and approachable place, much different than other communities I've lived at! Chris especially, he's very helpful and always follows up. They are also adding an outdoor lounge area and grill area this year which my boyfriend and I are excited about! This is a great community in a great location!!

Good value
For the money the return value is good. Quiet living, no frills that I wouldn't use anyway. Excellent maintenance staff (Thank you Chuy & Johnny!) Any issue that arises is handled efficiently, quickly, and gets it right the first time. Attentive an pleasant staff. Neat rewards programs for residents.

Affordable and clean, but rude staff
Loved the exposed brick and new appliances. Also liked the fact it was quiet and near shopping. I didn’t, however, appreciate the rudeness of the front desk lady, nor did I like the fact that they weren’t honest about the utilities. If you like basically paying for other people’s utilities then this is the place for you. Plus they lost one of our utilities checks and tried making us pay.

Great Location
I love this complex. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If there is a problem, the maintenance crew is on it right away. The location is near a lot of shopping, but still has a very safe atmosphere.

Good for the money
If you don't mind not having central air or washer and dryer in your unit you can do a lot worse. It's a quiet community and the natural brick and updated appliances give the place a clean and modern look for the money
