This is my 7th yr. Living here. I have enjoyed every minute of it. The units are great the grounds and hallways are always kept clean. And the staff members are so kind and friendly they genuinely care about the tenants. I would highly recommend living in Orion Arlington Lakes community to anyone.

Orion Arlington Lakes is a great place to live i have been here for 6yrs already. I have never had any problems with anyone. Our leasing office is run by Ishia, she is amazing. She is truly on top of things. Very friendly and professional. The maintenance team here Leo and Kevin are always very friendly and professional they do there job and they do it well. The property is always kept up and looks nice.

This is a great place to live. It's beautiful and quiet and close to the airport. I love the neighbors and how everyone looks out for one another. I really like living here.

Bad management Bad apartments, bugs everywhere 0 quality service Ignore residents completely when they complain and please don't lease here. It's a TRAP. Leasing manage just respond to make other viewers feel better. We have not received full level of satisfaction after leasing officer said they would like to work towards a solution. Unacceptable management I have seen in my entire history of renting apartments. Is there a way to give 0 star? Very bad management. Residents are bound to over pay rent and they don't do any single work after you sign the contract since now anything happened, residents are bound to follow the rules but the leasing office is not. Would not recommend this to anyone. They just care about money. There is a high pitching sound coming out of our bathroom which by the way can be heard in the entire house and it affects our sleep. We wake up in the middle of the night and then not able to sleep. But they are not doing anything for this since it is NOT EMERGENCY according to the leasing office and maintenance. They are asking for much more in the rent but the apartment is not even worth $50. AGAIN - Would not recommend this to anyone.

Good place to stay. Location is very good. All basic necessary shops like grocery shops, gas station, walgreens are very close by just 1 mile away. Apartment is very spacious with gym, clubhouse, pool access. The community looks beautiful from outside and apartments look decent from inside interms of design.

This place sucks and management refuses to take ownership of anything that goes on here. Refuses to fix problems. Refuses to even communicate anything to residents. They lie and don’t keep to their word of what’s going on.

This is my 6th yr here. Absolutely love the complex and the wonderful staff. Will definitely renew my lease.

This is my 6th year living here. We are so happy here and are proud to call Orion our home. Everything is so well kept here and all the staff members are friendly and professional. They truly seem to care about there residents. It shows in the way that we are treated. Great place to live. Will with out a doubt continue to renew my lease.

Not worth the money. Overpriced and everything falls apart.

Clean, very helpful and willing to work with you when you need it

I have lived here now for 5yrs. We love it The staff in the office are so nice and helpful . Tha maintenance team headed by Peter are great. The gentleman Kevin who came to take care of my issue seemed very polite , he told me what to go buy so I did and he returned later to install what I needed to buy.

Orion is a great place to live the units and property are well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Orion Arlington Lakes to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Honestly, while I could probably go on about all the great things about this place, I am just going to say it's a safe, quiet, great place to live.

I just moved in, but I really like it here close to shops, groceries and restaurants. Also the lake and amenities have been wonderful!

This is a warm , friendly Community . Nicely located and convenient for shopping , schools , and entertainment . Modern clean and well maintained apartments and complex. You will enjoy your time here .

This is my 4th year here. The staff in the office are great they all take pride in what they do. They respond quickly to any situation. They are all professional and friendly. We love living here.

This is a nice large community footprint, enabling for a comfortable walk around the grounds and lake-path. Good curb appeal is seen at both lakeside and parking lot sides of the buildings.

I have been at this location for almost eight (8) years and in the past it's been a great place to live and the location is pretty good.

I have lived here for 4yrs. Most definitely plan on renewing my lease again. The units are kept up along with the property. The staff in the office along with the maintenance team are wonderful. Always friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that the tenants are happy.

Huge beautiful unit for the price point. Quiet friendly community. You have all the big city perks with the small town feeling.

Been here 17 yrs - raised my 4 children here, great school district & parks. Now, I help raise my grandchildren here. Kid-Friendly & Pet Friendly.

My daughter and I are going on our 4th yr. Living here. We are very happy and enjoy living here. Our neighbors are wonderful and the staff here including maintenance are outstanding. We feel very safe here, and look forward to many more yrs. To come.

I moved in about 3 months ago and I love my apartment. It has so much space that it fits all of my big furniture. The complex is well maintained, my neighbors are nice, the office is attentive. 5 stars from me!

1. The community has awesome landscape and scenery that is viewed either form bedroom or living room from all apartments. 2. The lake view and walking trail is mind blowing. 3. I found the apartment has good internal layout or design and is very spacious to live it being 1190 sq.feet. 4. Improvements needed to be done in non renovated apartment in bathroom and kitchen cabinets.

So far I am loving the *community* at Orion! Everyone has been very nice and helpful with our move in. The location is super convenient - close by to everything. Maintenance staff was very quick and efficient with our requests upon moving in. Overall, I'm really enjoying my morning coffees with a relaxing scenery and my afternoon strolls along the pond!

I have felt welcome from 1st scheduled appointment to view apartment. The day we moved in management office come into apartment with us to answer questions and show us how to operate thermostat since we moved in a few days after July 4th. Whenever I call management office the office staff is always very pleasant.

Love living here and plan on staying. The staff here are Great very professional and helpful. Very nice place to live.

The apartment bedrooms are very roomy and the brick walls and fireplaces are amazing! Two bathrooms are a wonderful plus!

High Maintenance of the buildings Beautiful grounds and now with new sidewalks

I have lived here for over 3yrs. Now and my daughter and I love living here. Its such a nice place to live. Our neighbors are great the office staff are amazing, very helpful friendly and kind. The maintenance team are prompt and efficient. The grounds are well kept and the current work being done is beautiful. Looking forward to another 3yrs or more.

The apartments are a nice layout. It is a pain to move furniture in or out though due to tight corners and narrow hallways. Very spacious. We did not, however have new appliances like we were promised and WATER AND TRASH REMOVAL IS NOT FREE LIKE IT IS ADVERTISED. I have brought this up to management several times and they don't seem to care.

Moving from a small apartment to our new spacious apartment was such a wonderful experience. Park Grove Apartments in Arlington Heights, IL was so wonderful to work with and very good about keeping their word when it came to anything involving the apartment. When we first opened the door to our new home, I was blown away by the mix of brick and drywall and how great it looked. It has a very large living room and dining room with a nice wood buring fire place in the middle. It is 1500sq/ft with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms were very nice in size and very well maintained. When you walk on to the balcony which is very large in size you see a beautiful big pond and at night sits very still with the moonlight reflecting off. Each apartment has its own storage unit that is connected to the patio and is very large in size. I would say 6ftX9ft of solid concrete protecting all of your possesions. The bedrooms are very large with plenty of room for any and all furniture. The kitchen is also very large in size with plenty of cabinet space. The apartment is also cooled and heated by central air, so no more of those noisy AC units. The property managers are currently putting millions of dollars into the aparments to make them even better. We just had brand new energy efficient windows and doors to help with costs and the enviorment. They also have a year round open pool along with a sauna, jacuzzi and fully furnished buisness center and fitness area. I recommend these apartments to anyone and everyone. It will be one of the most pleasent places that you will ever live. Way to go Park Grove.
