My resident experience has been good for the most part. I did have a few issues with members of the office, but they have been replaced for the best of the apartment complex. I enjoy the area that I live in and the apartment has treated me well thus far.

Been living here for 7 months and so far it’s been pretty good. Have had a few issues with apartment but they were repaired quickly. Parking for guests isn’t the best.

Very smooth. Amy was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. Move in went very smoothly due to Amy’s organization. The community is very quiet and seems to be well maintained. Maintenance was very quick about fixing issues

I moved in about five weeks ago. So far my experience has been better than anticipated. The apartments are beautiful. The floors are gorgeous. We love the jet tub and separate shower in the master. Also, the location and being next to the park is amazing. You can really walk anywhere! It takes maybe five minutes to walk to the Kroger shopping center and around 15 minutes to get to the Walmart area with tons of restaurants.

Quiet & clean complex with very roomy affordable floor plans. My unit is open and feels like a home. Enjoy the amenities especially 2 car garage.

It’s been really great living here. Orion McCord park is so beautiful. Every day I get a Cirque du Soleil show put on by the squirrels in back. My neighbors are friendly and some are helpful . Love it.

Personally, I feel very safe in this community to walk around with my daughter. The cleanliness is beyond measures as well. If any issue arises, it is taken care of immediately. The location of the community is very convenient and it very close to a ton of major stores and popular food chains.

I had a high alert maintenance request and it was taken care of on a Sunday. The maintenance man was polite and had my problem was corrected on less than 5 minutes

The location of this place is great, however, dont be fooled. The Maintenance takes forever and the parking is horrendous. There is NO "guest parking". The only parking is at the front next to the park where there is a risk of cars being broken in to. I had a loaner vehicle because my personal vehicle is in the shop. I told the office and they said "sorry you have to park up front or you will be towed". I tried to park up front but all spots were filled. I parked in front of my own building and tried to do the guest registration, but the site they use was down and is still down. Woke up and the car was towed. costed $350 to get it out. Also, The tow signs are attached to the gate which is always open so anyone can drive in.

Love this place. The amenities and staff are amazing. When we moved here from out of state we interviewed over 30 different locations in the general area. This was by far our favorite!

Nice neighborhood and apartments are very clean and neat. The service is very fast after raising a ticket it will be resolved in 24 hours. We have nice gym and nice swimming pool.

I have been here for 1 year now and renewed the lease for next year. So far everything is good with mccord park near by is added advantage. Only one problem I see here is with the visitor parking. There is no visitor parking within the community.

My experience has been great here. Sometimes processes here can be a little slow. But it’s quiet and everyone is very nice. Love that we are by the park and walking trails.
