Overall we have enjoyed our 3 years here. The townhome is nice with a great layout and feels like home. The swimming pool is nice. The fitness center is good, although they constantly run out of gym wipes. Location is also very convenient.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. I had an AC problem and they jumped on the issue pretty quickly. Maintenance has always been polite and professional. I do have a couple weird sound issues but I'm really sensitive to sound. But compared to my last apartment, it is heaven. Honestly, I think it's so quiet here that I'm just hearing more things now. The community is great. The garbage bin is conveniently located. There is plenty of parking for a guest. The mailbox is also very conveniently located. They use a service that has storage lockers for packages so you don't have to worry about getting your package stolen. I really like it here so far.

It has been close to 6 months since I moved in here. So far, I like this place a lot. The apartments and the grounds are well-maintained. The service requests are carried out in a timely manner. The staff are very courteous and helpful in every manner possible. Also, it has been very economical for us to live here, while there a bunch of surrounding communities that are railroading tenants with exorbitant rents. Also, this place is pretty close to the interstate and accessible to a bunch of grocery stores. Overall I like this place a lot.

We like living here but the rent has gone up so high and Ram always increases the rent at renewal. It is already too much for us. The amenities close early and it makes it hard to use them. We have to check out the pool balls and sticks with our driver's license and with them being closed on Sunday, we are driving without a license. You would think it would be enough to sign them out. They know where we live.

I like living in Orion. I've been here for 3 months and it's been very good. The office staff is always attentive, the maintenance staff has everything well taken care of, the neighbors are great. The only thing I don't like is that some neighbors leave their dogs' excrement unpicked on the grass.

Orion is a nice place to live. It’s quiet and they are diligent about lawn maintenance and trash removal! Dog poop is a big problem. They do provide multiple locations for poop disposal including bags for owner use. It’s not the property that is the problem but the dog owners. There are no sidewalks so be prepared for poop to be in the grass and ready to be stepped on if you don’t pay attention.

Our experience so far hasn’t been awesome. The day we got our keys we walked in and had a roof leak with water damage in the laundry room and bedroom so we couldn’t move in for another 3 weeks. But to keep our rate and apartment we had to pay for the whole month. We do like the apartment itself, it’s just been a headache trying to get in and there hasn’t been a whole lot of help from the front office. Hopefully this will be the only glitch.
