Oro Vista Apartments

I have lived here for 11 years and this place is not as nice it was before, the rent has increased too high in in the past few years but nothing changed. It always stink here at night when before it never used to. I'm glad I'm moving north

I would absolutely recommend this apartment .The community is very accommodating and staff are very professional.

I liked the place, it is something I was looking for, I needed the apartment, unfortunately I did not receive an answer regarding my application, I called a couple of times and I did not get an answer, so I assumed that my application was not accepted, since I needed a place I continued looking, I found a place, I did not like as much as Oro Vista, however it was me only option and I had to take it. Oro Vista is a nice place I wish I would be accepted, may be next time I move, I will apply again. Thank you

I absolutely would recommend this community to others because its so welcoming safe close to everything and I love that you work where I live so if I do have a problem I have a office with friendly staff I can reach out to.

People are throwing their old mattress beds and furniture outside the trash bin where I live the hallway are bout being sweep other people's trash like sandwich wrapps and candy wraps are always blown down my way by my front door. Constantly picking trash fron other tenants in front of my front door. Neglect of cleaning at the end of apartment building.

Because their “control” of pest issues weren't resolved the correct way from the day of signing my lease

Apartment was clean and move in ready. David was so helpful throughout the process goving is a friendly and professional experience. We feel safe in the neighborhood the community is nothing nice.

Apt as a whole is fine there’s just small things about neighbors you just don’t like but that happens everywhere. Thought there was a 24/7 maintenance crew but if not fine.

Great staff but the building is old. Appliances are old, cabinets are old and discolored, paint peels off easily , too many cracks between the walls and floor where bugs can come through.

Is in a Good and peace area, everything is close, like stores and other things like schools and parks, buses, trolley and freeway.

There were a lot of ferral cats running around and the cops seemed to be called frequently to the complex. I had to call them once myself to deal with a belligerent person. Half of the washing machines were always broken. Not enough dryers for the amount of washing machines.

I recommend this apartment community, fo the reason that is in a good area, nice people around.

I like to live in Oro Vista Villas. I feel like home. People in the office, maintenance and cleaning are very respectful

Too much money for a run down apartment. Privacy breached..it became uncomfortable not knowing when they would be peeking over private patio. My motorcycle was stolen and my truck was broken into

I would not recommend this place to any family members or friends due to the quality you get for the amount that you pay, also the issues I?ve had with tow truck service that comes, and the apartments outdated look. The place also has roaches despite even being sprayed.

You have great customer service and the overall appearance of the apartment complex is very nice

If they?re looking for somewhere inexpensive I would. But if they are looking for a long term place to comfortable, I wouldn?t.

The areas are never washed and the smell is horrible. As the trash area is not locked up we have homeless going through it all the time, (morning, through out the day and nights), as well as other dumpster divers collecting things that are thrown away.

I love the community and those in the office but it's frustrating to still have a broken dishwasher.

I would not recommend this apartment. When we moved out my wife paid $150 for the deep cleaning since she couldn't find time to do the cleaning. But, before we moved out me notice black spot appearing on the carpet and asked one of the maintenance guy why and said that is because (1) the carpet is old (2) layer below the carpet is damp/wet due to temperature changes. So during moving out inspection we told the lady about the carpet, yet when we moved out we still got charged for the carpet change even tho we ordered for the deep cleaning yet still. There are some late charges that are unreasonable as to why and what are the late charges are for total $425. Tried to call the office and leave a voicemail but never get any response until we are close to the due date and leave us no choice but to pay.

The leasing lady was extremely polite and helpful. The complex itself seems very quite and it's super clean.

I have recommend a several people which two have moved in but didn't like how the property management handles thing's and they both moved put of separate units within a year.

Nothing ever gets fixed! I live on the 1845 side weeds growing out of the front and wahsers and dryers never work! Not the apartment i originally seen !

Its not worth the amount of money we pay. The staff isn?t the greatest. The complex is selective in who they enforce rules upon.

The issues that I found is the high rent payment and that neighbors do not respect the vsisitors parking spaces

I just feel the apartments are too overpriced. I have walk FAR to take the trash out. The Dog area is filled with tree bark. The rain gutters spill into the stairway. Its like a waterfall. My rent went up $87 last year. I fear next year will be even more. My dishwasher doesn't work even though they said they fixed it. And the dryers ripped a bunch of my clothes. The pool is always dirty. my daughter near the shower of the pool area due to no grip.

Costs too much. No personal connection. Was late once with rent because you have to click an extra box. 50 fee they couldn?t wave. $50 makes this place unbearable. It?s shady at best. Little things like waving a late fee once a year, or every other year.

When I first moved apartment was dirty and not ready. I have been here over two weeks and all the things needed to be fixed are not. I have to call office repeatedly just to get them to co e and fix it. I am very unhappy woth ny experience here in Oro Vista Villas.

I think the complex is well maintained the only problem is the parking situation some of the ports are not lit and cars are being broken into my vehicle was broken into I reported it to the office and it's on my dime

My family and I have been here for about 5 years and have been please with the staff and enjoy living here. We have had no problems since being here.

Rent is lower than other apartment in the area.I would not recommend because of the lack of cleanliness in the area.

Apts did not provide a safe environment for my son and I. A woman crashed into my car; ternagers till 1 or 2 am in front of my apt (pool); another person car chased a man and crashed into a tree a few feet from my son and I standing, returning from the trash bin; massive ceiling water leaks and your apts use my own electricity to run induatrial blower and heater for seven days; Koreal International students constantly smoking and leaning against my bmw motorcycle and car unyil they burn my motorcycle cover. I have taken photos of all this. several times I place my concerns but I was ignored. I will not endangered my son's life at this apts, so I was forced to move out 4 months before the end of my THIRD year here.

DON'T HAVE A GOOD COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE PEOPLE AT THE OFFICE. EVEN THE SUPERVISOR OF THE MANAGER FOR THIS APARTMENT JEN, HAVE NOT RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS OR REPLIED TO MY MAIL REGARDING MY COMPLAINTS ON THE NEIGHBORS ABOVE.

I have recommended it in the past but the prices drove these recommended persons away, every year the rent goes up. They keep saying that the rent is competitive with other apartments in the area and it is, but not the apartments.

It is a great place to live in which is quiet, peaceful and conveniently located next to the freeway.

Great location. A little pricey, but u get what u pay for
