Orpheum Apartments

It’s been over a year since I’ve rented two office spaces at The Orpheum in Dover, NH, and my enthusiasm hasn’t dimmed in the slightest (startup cutbacks forced me to end my lease). I popped in again recently, and the place is as lively and luminous as ever—a stark contrast to the typical drab office setting. The abundant natural light and open design create an almost outdoor feel. The facility is chic and state-of-the-art, equipped with all the high-tech amenities essential for a tech professional like myself. High-speed internet, ergonomically designed furniture—it’s all top-notch and perfectly complements the long hours spent on innovation and development. The convenience of a nearby kitchenette is a small but significant perk, ensuring a quick coffee is always at hand. But what truly sets The Orpheum apart is the vibrant community atmosphere. It’s not just a workspace; it’s a place where creative minds meet and mingle, where you’re as likely to run into an old friend as you are to spark an impromptu collaboration with a fellow visionary. The staff deserves a special mention, too—always accommodating, with Jareer, in particular, going out of his way to exceed tenant needs. If you're looking for office space in Dover, NH, The Orpheum should be at the top of your list. (As a side note, I also rented an apartment here in 2020, and it was nothing short of fantastic.)

I truly enjoy living in downtown Portsmouth, walking distance to many restaurants and activities. The staff have been responsive and the community activities are a lot of fun.

The place is clean and quiet ;the staff it’s just super. The residence are universally, helpful and friendly.

We have spent the past 2 years at the Orpheum. Over this period we have had enjoyed our stay at the the facility. Management staff has been professional and and pleasant to deal with.The facility is well maintained and the shared spaces are clean and attractive to use. In addition to the attractive central location that the building provides, management has done an excellent job in developing a sense of community by organizing different events and get-togethers that have encouraged social interactions and created a tight knit community.

After paying the holding deposit I received no response for over 2 weeks. Calling their phone number gave me the answering service even during normal business hours. When they finally responded I asked for my money back and they refused. If you value your time, money or have any expectations of professionalism do not even attempt to live here.

I enjoy the convenient, downtown location and friendly attitude of residents and staff.

The Orpheum is beautiful apartment complex in an excellent location. Dover is a lovely community, and you can walk almost anywhere! The residents are friendly and the staff polite and responsive. We love living at the Orpheum!

I am very happy with the Orpheum as my place of residence. It is centrally located and meets all my current needs, something that was of great concern to me when I began my search for an apartment.

When we downsized, we thought we’d hate renting and would be eager to purchase a new home. However, our experience was quite the opposite. We love Dover the Orpheum! The apartment is very comfortable, convient and super walkable. We’ve fallen in love with the area.

The Orpheum is a great place to live. It's a bit pricey, but comes with a tremendous amount of amenities and perks. It's a secure building, so I feel safe. They host social events for tenants, such and wine nights or pizza making night. We are very happy living here. Management is extremely responsive. It's also in a great location and in a walkable area with parks, the bike trail, sidewalks, library, schools, restaurants, professional businesses, Etc. We moved here from out-of-state and it's a great apartment to live in while getting to know the area. And, again, you can't beat the location!

The staff is EXCELLENT, the amenities are great, and the building is gorgeous.

It’s an incredibly enjoyable place to live. Friendly, clean, trendy and modern with top of the line everything from feel, to decor, to apartments, to management. It’s welcoming and that’s important bc where you live should be your sanctuary and haven. It should be a place you look forward to coming home to and waking up in each day.

This is a great place to live. The property is well-maintained and managed. We are in to our second year here.

Orpheum is a great location. So much goes on in community and there are so many shops walking trails nearby. Central location. Beautiful apts with many amenities ie gym, work locations, upper deck with room for functions. Parking is wonderful. I would recommend to friends if ever have need to rent.

The Orpheum has afforded us with care-free living in a safe environment at a location that offers easy access to all that downtown Dover has to offer. And the location gives us easy access to Boston and Portland without ever having to get in our car. So far, our experience living at the Orpheum has met all of our expectations

Overall we are pleased with our experience living at the Orpheum and hope to remain longtime occupants of our apartment.

The Orpheum experience has been nothing less than amazing! Perfect location not far from major highway and shopping center.

I have been living in the Orpheum apartments for 8 months and I still walk into my apartment everyday and think how amazing my apartment is as my windows truly take my breath away! I never want to leave!

The Orpheum provides "top notch" accommodations in the heart of a vibrant downtown Dover community. Everything from shops to restaurants are within an easy walk.

We enjoy living here and hope we can continue so in the future.

Residing at the Orpheum has truly been a positive experience. Its modern, professionally run, clean, safe and a perfect location. Having never lived in an apartment, I really did not know what to expect, but any expectations I had, have been met and exceeded!

We are impressed with Orpheum staff. Maintenance (Orlando) has been very attentive. Ben in the office is helpful in any situation we have experienced.

Orpheum is a great choice for anyone looking for urban apartment living. The building is nice with plenty of amenities. You cannot beat the convenience of being able to walk to all that downtown Dover has to offer.

This is nice apartment. The staff management is awesome, professional and very helpful. The community activities they organized for, us, residents make this place not only a place to live but also a Living Place. Maintenance is great and always respond within a reasonable time to my concern. Ill give 10/10 to this place for dinner out.

We love living at the Orpheum. We downsized from owning homes to apartment living and were somewhat apprehensive. It turned out to be a great choice. Its downtown but very quiet. The staff, especially Christy have been wonderful.
