In a downtown district where every corner scene belongs on a postcard, Market West manages to stand out. With a strong sense of self and a collaborative community, the neighborhood exudes a distinctive character that doesn’t compete with, but complements, the neighboring historic Old Market.
Together, both neighborhoods create the western-most portion of Downtown Omaha. This centralized location blossoms with opportunities for residential communities and commercial businesses, as well as civic and nonprofit organizations. Renovated brick buildings line original cobblestone alleys, containing rentals situated alongside diverse neighbors like a family-run grocery store, international development foundation, architectural firm, and the Omaha Symphony offices.
Perhaps this collection of professional establishments, anchored to the neighborhood under posh lofts and upscale apartments, defines Market West more than anything else.

Property Ratings at Orpheum Tower
I have been living here for almost 2 years and nothing beats the location! Graham is one of the best managers we’ve had in this building and everything gets handled swiftly and quickly. Great communication and great maintenance team!

Thank you for your feedback! We certainly appreciate it!
Management & Maintenance I have been here for almost 4 years and seen 3 different building managers. It is at its best standing right now! Subtle changes that make the common areas appealing, the building now feels like a community, and the amenities are well taken care of! The location is a prime spot. The views from the building alone were a major selling point. Beautiful least to say. Managment is very receptive and easy to work with and maintenance is always on top of what ever task is at hand. Overall great living space!

Thank you for the positive review! Have a great day!
The property manager Alyssa there is very rude! I feel like I never receive any help. Her tone is very conceding.

Hi there, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one.
Apartment is beautiful with 8 foot windows and lots of natural light. Perfect location and convenient parking garage attached to building! The property manager hands deliver packages to your front door. Great having laundry on every floor, and very safe/secure building! 10/10 would recommend!

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
Orpheum Tower Apartments provide the best of the downtown Omaha lifestyle. With excellent views of the city, a convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and bars what more could a 20-something want? A controlled access entryway, check. An attached parking garage, check. And a cat friendly building, check. Orpheum Towers has everything I could've wished for and more, I'm happy with the choice I made every day!

Fabulous view, wonderful staff. A family-like atmosphere with caring, feline friendly staff, and residents. Super affordable for downtown Omaha, especially because I walk EVERYWHERE!

Thanks so much for the review! We hope that we have made things easier with our concierge service during office hours! Hopefully you are able to make it to all of our resident events! Thanks again! -OT Staff
Newly remodeled apartments are great with stainless steel appliances and large windows. Great place to live if you want to be near old market but not too close. Walking distance to anything you could imagine. The street outside just got redone and now features benches, lighting and more parking spots. The downsides are that washers are not in the apartments and walls the neighbors are paper thin.
Property Manager at Orpheum Tower, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review! We are very excited about the street in front of the building being completed and in such a short amount of time! I hope the floors and ceilings being concrete have taken away from what could be normal apartment noise and kept it down a little ... or a lot! :) Also, we hope that at least having washer and dryers right outside your door is a plus even though it is not inside your apartment. Thanks again! -OT Staff
