I decided to tour this property in my search for an Apartment. I spoke with Jeannie who was very knowledge able and professional. It was a warm and welcoming experience.

Best place i’ve lived in
I lived here for about 7 months and i didnt experience any problems from the tenants nor staff. Ms. Jeannie is a very understanding and generous woman. Any problem i’ve had she has fixed without any issue.

SPIDER INFESTED
Rent goes up every year as the apartments get worse. You will need a wheel alignment every few months with the horrible grounds. Nothing is fixed by maintenance ever! At night there are spiders everywhere. Spider webs are along all the railings. Maintenance ignores it. The pool is open maybe 10 days out of the year. The gate has never worked. I can go on and on. Do not move here they are horrible!

Horrible Management
The pool has mold in it and it's peeling in the bottom, there is no pet care, no disposal, and the bugs are horrible. You have to pull 100 strings to POSSIBLY get pest control to your unit. The a/c is always breaking, management ignores every complaint and can only remember when your rent is due. I can't wait until my lease is up, I will RUN! If I could post pictures of he raw sewage backing onto the side walks I would.

Bats
This is literally the worst complex you can live in. There’s a bunch of trash from kids everywhere, in your unit there’s roaches, gnats and BATS! Yes there was a bat in my unit. You can hear the family of bats outside in the wood. The lady sherrice in the office is very rude and so unprofessional. I can go on and on I’m mad I had to leave a star because I’d give it none. The other tenants are so trifling I hated living there!!

THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE , DONT !!!!!
This place is a dump , seem like things break so fast & they send maintenance to come and fix it but soon as they leave your door it’s broke again . on top of that they are ROACH AND GNAT INFESTED they send the insect people to come spray but that seems to make it worst and literally all they can tell you is i’ll add you to the list for the people to come back out to spray again . i’d say add an extra $100 and go live else where comfortably! giving it a one star only because i had to click one , if it was up to me they’ll get a negative 500
