This property is a hidden gem! A real sense of community with a very responsive staff. NYC is easy to get to from here by either the bus or train!

Osprey Cove staff are excellent at tenant relations, maintenance and cleaning. I've never been happier in any apartment complex I've lived in.

My apartment is a cozy, modern space that feels like a peaceful retreat. The open floor plan gives it a spacious feel, with lots of natural light streaming through big windows. The kitchen is sleek and functional, perfect for cooking meals, and the living room is comfy with just the right amount of space for relaxation or entertaining. The bathroom is small but efficient, and I love the minimalist design throughout. The building itself is quiet and well-maintained, with friendly neighbors and helpful management. The only downside is a bit of street noise at night, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

I love that I live 5 minutes from the city. I love that every highway is 5 minutes from my apartment. The management here is amazing.. Anthony the manager, is very accommodating and always has a listening ear

Can be challenging, it all depends on the people living around you. The floors are loud. You hear EVERYTHING. If this is not something that bothers, you then it isn't terrible. The carpets in the halls are gross in certain areas. You will need a car to live here, but it is a fairly easy commute to the city.

It’s very loud near the street side and it doesn’t feel like a luxury apartment the gym is small and old, no yoga room and the gym equipments are old and dirty. Mails and packages are all over the places. Also paid parking lot do not have cameras!!! :(

I love it here. This is a great community! The people , the staff, the convenience to NYC! Moving here was the right decision for my family!

This is a great apartment with great location. Buses to NYC is only steps away. The management team, Alexandria and Anthony, are great. I highly recommend anyone who works in the city to look here.

My partner and I love the apartment and the community within. Everyone is very friendly, respectful, and helpful — we got tons of help from the community members during our move-in. The building and the common rooms are tidy and clean with lots of sunlight. Above all, we are specifically very thankful to the leasing office members for the smooth handling of the moving process. They were welcoming, friendly, and since the first moment we stepped in building.

It is an excellent place, a good neighborhood, the maintenance is very good, the cleanliness is very good, animals are very welcome, the administration is consistent in the rules, it is pleasant to live there

Great the staff is amazing, grounds are always kept clean and maintained well. Amenities are readily available. Nice lounge room with pool table.

The complex is in a nice cozy area close to NYC. The common areas are well-maintained and have all the amenities you could really need. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Building has an amazing location. Love the greenery and cleanliness. Package delivery system is great. All maintenance issues are convenient to request on the portal. Requests are handled promptly. A must recommend to all.

I’ve lived here for a total of 2 weeks and I absolutely love this place. The apartments are well constructed, management and maintenance are super kind and responsive to any concerns, and the residents are all nice. I have no plans to move out unless I buy a house. The location is super convenient, there’s a park right behind the building, and it doesn’t feel busy or crowded.

Elvis, Johnny, and the other maintenance person are extremely skilled in their profession. They are so polite, courteous, and mindful when they arrive for maintenance work. They have fixed anything we have asked for no matter how minor (even painting small scratches on our door). Their work is meticulous and tidy. I would stay at Osprey Cove indefinitely just for the 5 star customer service and maintenance they provide. The apartments are so beautiful and well maintained. Thank you to the entire Osprey Cove team for making this a great place to call home.

Osprey Cove is the nicest place to live. Clean, beautiful, and everyone who works there is lovely. Anthony is the best to work with, Jeremy is awesome and fixed maintenance issues fast, Ro keeps the place spotless and always smells so good. And the Front desk lady is super sweet.

I've lived at Osprey Cove East since 2016 as one of the first tenants when it opened as a new building. Neighbors are quiet but friendly. Management is exceptional and professional. Location is convenient to the suburbs, the city, and/or major highways. Living here has been my pleasure and my peace. I'll likely continue to stay here until ready to buy and/or to relocate out of state.

Osprey Cove is a beautiful place to call home. The area is gorgeous. The landscaping is perfect. The building is kept immaculately. Everyone who works here from management (Anthony and Chris) cleaning personnel (Ro), and maintenance crew are friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. I am so happy I’ve moved here with my family.

Highly recommended apartment building! The most well maintained and classy building I've seen. The Leasing and Management Team are so helpful and made my move and transition so easy. Destiny did a great job on explaining and guiding me from day 1.

Love living here. Office staff is nice, helpful and friendly. Always a smile on the face! Maintenance is helpful when something needs fixing in your apartment. Most neighbors are nice. Love the garage parking.

Its overall a pleasant experience living in Ospery Cove. The staff members are all very friendly. I like the big fridge and washer and dryer. One thing though, this place is supposed to be smoke free, but I can always smell the scent of marijuana/weed coming in from kitchen and bathroom sink.

Ospey Cove is a top-notch luxury apartment of which I enjoy being a resident. All aspects of the operation including the leasing staff are quality. I highly recommend this complex.
