The neighborhood of Scott’s Addition is a historic district in Richmond, encompassed by many buildings and structures that contributed to its achievements. This community just south of Bryan Park noticeably became a part of the “Virginia Beer Boom” after the state’s blue laws were reformed. Inside this close-knit community, nine alcohol producers call Scott’s Addition home.
Because of the breweries and distilleries here – like the Veil Brewing Company and Buskey Cider – tourism soared in Scott’s Addition. In addition to many places to grab drinks, there are tons of restaurants in walking distance of one another. To commute into Richmond, residents enjoy the convenience of city bus service and Interstate 195.

Property Ratings at Osprey Lofts
I lived in Osprey Lofts for a year and a half and loved every minute of it. The apartment itself is very spacious with a lot of natural light in the common area. All the appliances are brand new and never had an issue with anything. There is a key fob to enter the building so safety was never a worry. There was also parking, a gym, and rooftop pool available to us. The best part about this complex is its location. It is located within walking distance to over 5 breweries/cideries, 4 top notch restaurants, and numerous other activities. Overall, this place is great and would definitely give it 5 stars.
After living here for almost 2 years we are sadly leaving because we have just closed on a house. We have enjoyed living here so much and I honestly couldn't speak higher of this apartment building. The management is friendly and willing to go out of their way to make us happy, maintenance is quick and takes care of any issues in ONE visit, and the location is perfect! I'm going to miss being able to walk next door to have a few drinks at Ardent. I highly recommend living here! I have lived in so many apartments in my day and this one is by far my favorite!
