Beautifully renovated 1 & 2-bedroom apartments, approximately 40 minutes SE of Superior, WI. Starting at $600.00/month + electric. Housing vouchers are accepted. All units are large and bright, and feature huge living rooms, spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space, and beautiful, big bathrooms. Each apartment has built-in air conditioning, as well as private front and back entry doors with parking directly in front of each residence. All 1st floor dwellings have a sliding glass back door. If you own a 4-wheeler, snowmobile or other off-road vehicle, you will love this property! Oulu Pines is located on a trail system that runs for miles and miles, accessible right from your front door. There is an outdoor playground area for the little ones and a fenced-in baseball field, complete with back stop and infield. The application process involves a $45.00 fee for each adult – upon approval and acceptance, this expense will be applied to your 1st month's rent. Applicant must meet income requirements and have verifiable earnings equal to or greater than 2.5 times the amount of monthly rent. Please provide current pay stub and one from same employer at least 90 days prior.
