Property Ratings at Outlook 16
We lived here for nearly 10 years, and watching it go down the drain has been sad. It used to be a pretty property and even though management changed a few times, they were always pretty cool and quick to handle things. Once it changed from Parkwood to Outlook 16, it's been nothing but a literal garbage dump. The office managers (they keep changing) lie to your face and tell you things are being taken care of, when in reality nothing ever is. You can email them endlessly about loud neighbors, dog crap literally everywhere, broken appliances, etc., and nothing happens for MONTHS (if at all). Everyone has been begging them to get another dumpster, but they just keep saying it's our fault that we're not using the dumpster code to throw our trash away. Wrong! It is stuffed full, overflowing, and EVERYWHERE. This place is disgusting. Don't even bother looking at the units, take your family and money anywhere else.

What a hidden gym. You would think its like everywhere else but once inside its way quieter than expected. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Everyone outside ususally waves or says high but not to invasive and pet friendly. Lovely place

I love living here! I am a single mom and we have always felt safe, never had any problems! When we need maintenance, the problem has always been solved within 2 days, and often that very same day. Both the manager and maintenance person are friendly and easily available. We have lived here for over 6 years, and I would highly recommend this property!

This complex is perfect if you're not looking for a big community! Nearby you've got the max line within walking distance to head downtown to see the beautiful Pearl District. You are also located near Mt. Hood highway with a straight shot there to ski resorts, hiking trails and more. You're also within miles of shopping centers and many restaurants to have a nice meal. Weather too hot? Too cold? Not a problem, Parkwood apartments offers its residents a nice refreshing pool and a relaxing spa to enjoy on your own time.
