Been a resident at outlook for a few months now. The team here has been very professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Just recently had to put in our first maintenance request, which is usually a good test of quality of both management and maintenance. Once again, as expected Outlook Nine Mile met and exceeded our expectations. We had a broken washer due to our little one’s sock clogging the drainage pump, not only did maintenance come look at it, they had the appliance representative come look at it to ensure it would be properly fixed. The part needed was ordered for the fix and during the wait time for the part arrival, we were given full access to the washer and dryer of the unit next to us to use. Part arrived and washer was fixed! Once again, the Outlook Nine Mile team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

The apartment and garage were dirty on move in. The office staff acts as if they are doing you a favor while they do nothing. They only worry about what they need not the horrible service the renter is experiencing. This is not luxury. It's juvenile. Wish I'd rented elsewhere where adults run things and there is customer service. Don't recommend.

This is a nickel and dime corporate land lord. They charge fees upon fees for normal land lord responsibilities that should be covered under base rent.

I have had my share of apartment tours since I’ve lived in Colorado. There seems to be a theme in apartments here in Colorado: square feet and layout were always disappointing, even the pricing. But NOT Outlook Nine Mile. Finally an apartment complex with a good amount of space and square footage and with layouts that just makes sense. We have a two bedroom here at Outlook Nine Mile and it doesn’t skimp out on the square footage. It is very spacious and the layout is what I always looked for in an apartment. Also the apartments have really good air circulation, this was something I found many other places didn’t have. Building amenities are great, and the key fob entry to every building definitely adds safety. Parcel lockers and a parcel room for large mail deliveries are great. Don’t have to worry about mail being stolen (not that I was worried that much, Outlook Nine Mile is located in a great and safe area) but still a nice touch. Also, nice areas for walks, which the wife and baby boy love and Outlook is conveniently located (within 10-20 mins) of anything you need. Leasing office staff and staff in general are very nice and professional. They are very helpful and it is super easy to reach them. Oh yea and the office is open 7 days a week! Bonus! My leasing experience has been great. From initial contact, setting up appointment, touring units, applying, approval, lease signing and move-in, was less than two weeks. The family and I had to move in a short amount of time but with the leasing staff and office staff here it was a flawless process. Kudos to them. All in all, wonderful experience. If you’re in search of an apartment in the area, definitely look at Outlook Nine Mile

Beautiful property, including pool area, game/dining areas, clubhouse! My husband & I are downsizing, waiting on our new home to be built. Outlook NineMile is an absolute oasis for us. We have a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with ample closet space & kitchen storage, fantastic appliances & a wonderful palate of color & texture (walls, flooring, countertops, appliances). Could not be more comfortable!

Outlook Nine Mile is a really nice complex. The apartments are beautiful inside and out, the kitchen is amazing, large with lots of cabinets and counter space, and the closet is huge. The management team is superb. They are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommended.
