Everything you can think of! Wrong! This place got new management and it still sucks!

I've lived here twice at 2 different times. This time around is much nicer besides some of the crazy neighbors. most units are updated and maintenance is much more on top of things. There was a small bug problem but with the amount of units there are in one building its hard to get them all. The exterminators are on top of spraying and if you want extra then you just got to ask. Management is chill and always willing to help.

These buildings are roach infested and no matter how many you kill there are hundreds more! I’ve been living here for 10 months and pest control has been here 5 times and still roaches! My family has been uncomfortable living here. I read the reviews before I signed the lease and did not listen please don’t come here the reviews are true! poor management and roach infested!!!! I can’t stress it enough there are even roaches in the laundry facilities and crawling in the hallways as you are about to come into your home. Do not give these people your money they are not worth it. They had the nerve send an email about resigning my lease and raising the rent knowing these buildings are infested that shows they don’t care and if you read the reviews these buildings have been infested for years. And that’s not it dog poop everywhere, we had a flood in our apartment that was not caused by us and it took management 2 months to send someone to fix it my family had to step in cold water on the carpet for 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT.

This place is terrible. They literally turned off the office phone number, the washer has been broken for months, apartments flood and the BARE MINIMUM is done to "fix" it resulting in serious mold issues. They also like to randomly turn the water off to buildings with no notice every couple months. Not to mention the squatters in the basement.... Please notice that the positive reviews on here were all left the same day. They're fake. Don't move here.

This was a nice place to live. But The Lynd Co doesn’t believe in putting money into the facility. Mold growing in laundry room from the rain water that sits against the building. This has become the high dollar ROACH motel. This place is happy to take your money & not return a phone call or fix anything around here. Kids running around being destructive. So do yourself a favor & do NOT rent from Larkspur Pointe. Make sure you check out what their amenities that don’t work or are closed most of the time. The best place to live if you don’t care about the price or their services.

Hope you don't like having an apartment that doesn't flood or sinks that don't back up with other people's dirty dish water. This place is horrible and does not care at all for their tenants. You can't ever get anyone in the office to respond in a timely manner, if at all. I've lived here for two years and during that time, my apartment has flooded three times. There's mold in the apartment now because they refuse to remove the carpet. They will try and screw you over as you leave as well. They wouldn't give my roommate any information on move-out protocols, instead asking "Why are you moving?" after weeks of him waiting on a response, even going to far as to not return the calls of the complex he was moving to so he couldn't sign his new lease. Just don't do it. They look great on the surface, but chances are, they will screw you over and never return your deposit, and maybe tow your car from the parking spot you pay for, for good measure.

I lived there for a year .. The pictures look good and the show apartment look good but when you get inside … roaches in the basement and in the kitchen .. no hot water and the hallways is a nasty carpet nasty it’s just nasty oh yeah not to mansion homeless people sleeping in the basement .. So beware and be careful

The apartments weren’t so bad before they came under new management, but now they’re awful. The laundry room is constantly leaking from the pipes and the washer itself, and looks like it’s never been cleaned. The AC was broken and it took multiple phone calls and multiple maintenance requests for anything to get done. Now my AC is leaking water, and still nobody has come to fix it. This is only scratching the surface of what’s wrong with this place. Just don’t move here if you want to live somewhere actually enjoyable.

Do not I repeat DO NOT move here !! It's roach infested & they have mice .. I've only been here 2 months & had nothing but pure hell management is careless & the maintenance is a joke ... Don't waste your time or money .. the manager Jenna does absolutely nothing but give you a standard response that doesn't help at all .. the corp# is a joke it just rings & rings ..

The office and maintenance staff has really taken care of me and my home. I'm happy that they follow up with me on issues I've had taken care of. And whenever I call they have an answer and a way to help me understand.

Summerset is great. I truly enjoy working with the staff there, very professional ladies. Maintenance is on point and keep the grounds area nice and tidy. I like that all my Bills are paid at one place. Keeps it cheap!

I really like summerset. They are easy to work with and maintenance is done in a timely manner. I like that they have a unique way with utilities that keeps costs low

1. It took them over 7 months of me continually asking for them to fix my sink. They fixed it 2 weeks before I moved out! 2. There were MANY complaints of a maintenance man stealing from peoples homes and they did nothing. I hot him on camera stealing my things and they finally fired him after I filed a police report. 3. The ladies in the office have no organization! They are a joke! 4. The heat and ac situation is horrible!!! Don’t believe them when they tell you it’s worth it. DO NOT MOVE IN!! YOU WILL REGRET IT INSTANTLY!

I have been searching for apartments for a very long time but as soon as I walked into Summer Set they made me feel like I was home the apartments are beautiful it has all been renovated and the prices are extremely reasonable everyone here is so incredibly nice and wonderful it’s nice to finally have a place to call home

My family and I moved in almost a year ago. We absolutely love living here! From the start the office personnel has been helpful, friendly and professional. When we have had a couple issues requiring maintenance, they were prompt in addressing the issue. My kids love the pool! The lawn car and snow/ice care has been amazing. The neighborhood is great. Close to most everything we need. We highly recommend considering Summerset as your home. It really is a Great Place to live!

My boyfriend and I just walked in to get a tour. No one acknowledged that we were even there. We waited and walked around for about 5 minutes. So we walked out. Not even a how may we help you or I’ll be with you shortly. Poor service. We will not be returning.

They apartments at Summerset are average apartments. I feel that the cost is high. I don't think that we should have to pay for covered parking I think that all the tenants should be allowed 1 covered parking space per apartment or they should lower the price to $5 a month instead of $25.00 a month. There are lots of people that have multiple cars which sometimes makes it hard to fine parking. There are many things they can improve especially informing the tenants when the air goes out.

Decently sized for the price (1050 sq/ft for under 700] but the appliances seem about 20 to 30 years old and there is only 2 washers and dryers per building at most. Also only place to put money on your laundry card is in the main office which isn't open all day.
