Property Ratings at Ovation
Have had nothing but bad experiences here and bad management. We have had three issues only living here a month and they have all been handled poorly. the first issue was prior to us moving in. There was work to be done on the front door (still has yet to be done) and our kitchen faucet. She assured us it would be done PRIOR to moving in, it wasn't. It took a week for maintenance to fix it. We had to send another email (because there isn't a link on the actual resident portal to make work orders) because our shower drain wasn't draining, also prior to us moving in. They do not inform us when our packages arrive, even though that was a big bonus they advertised when looking at apartments. And we had water damages in our walls. It took multiple emails for them to come and fix the spots of damage. We were never kept in the loop about if someone was coming and when even though they had to come more than once. Once maintenance, left our apartment was A MESS. Wall spackle and paint was smeared from our laundry room (where the damage was ) to the door, all over the floor. They used our sink, moving the dishes onto the counter (and left them there) splashed food debris all over the counter, filled the big tupperware in the sink with more spackle from their hands and left it. Never once has management tried to apologize or make it up to us for the less than promised good service. Do not recommend living here.
Best apartment community I have ever lived at!! And I've lived at many. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, but not just helpful, they not only have made my living experience good, they made it easier! With social activities that are super, same or next day maintenance that is super quick and quality work, and always being available to answer any questions. I needed a very quick move-in and they worked magic to make it happen. Chris, Matt, and Ray, you guys have helped me so much and make my days at Ovation the best living experience! Thanks!
