If I could give this complex zero stars, I would. Run Forest Run! Do not rent from here. Let me preface this by saying that when we first moved in here at the end of May, they stuck us in an apartment that wreaked of cigarette smoke. No offense to those who smoke, but if you’re a non-smoker then obviously that’s an issue. Luckily, they offered to move us into a bigger apartment. We very much appreciated that. The guy that worked with us on it was very understanding about it. However, ever since then it’s literally been one problem after the next. We submitted an emergency work order for our toilet last weekend and shower that was backed up. Did they come? No. Finally on Monday someone seemed to actually care that we couldn’t use our toilet. They came to fix it but we still had another work order out for our dryer. Haven’t been able to do laundry in over a week. They came a few times to work on it and it’s still NOT fixed. It’s literally just the hose that needs attached. You can tell that this apartment wasn’t built right. Construction did a terrible job. Ownership was probably too cheap to get things done the right way. They’ll do anything to get you in here at a good deal but after that, you’re on your own. This apartment looks “renovated” but don’t let the exterior and pretty photos fool you. Communication is sloppy here as well. I don’t know how we’re going to keep living here for the next 10 months. Again, I don’t know if this is the leasing office’s doing or ownership being cheap and less than caring. Either way, get out while you still can. I’m pretty sure this is my first bad review I’ve ever written. Oh, and if that wasn’t enough to deter you, wait til you see the cockroaches swarming around at night.

i moved into this place 3 hours after the new management took over the property. the person in charge then carolyn she was above and beyond amazing, then she was replaced and replaced and keeps being replaced by worse and worse management teams. that was 3 years ago fast forward to now the problems with water leaks and mold and things being broken not to mention the bugs that just appeared out of no where it has been the worst experience ive ever had. if you have a pet you cant put it on the back deck/patio or you get fined. the water damage when i moved in was told it would be taken care of in a few months after move in due to them hiring new mat. people. well 3 years later there is 2 huge holes in the wall from water running down the wall the bathroom celling is swelling and the storage area with the water heater and exposed wires was moldy and the wall in my kids room where the hole is water runs down the wall with the electric panel on it! DON'T DO IT! MOVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE! only reason i stayed so long was because i was giving them a chance and then it was because i feel ill. and couldnt take it anymore.

Worst place I have lived. Packages get stolen, front office doesn’t help with anything, and neighbors are just not neighborly. My apartment didn’t come with a fan, mircrowave, lights in my room and a non functioning dishwasher. I would not live here again and can’t wait to move out. No cameras to protect you as well. My neighbor moved out because her apartment was bashed in
